29That place is the worst. First of all, I went to a drive through and they only have one person doing both jobs cashier and giving out the food which they took a long time. And the second complain is when receiving the food, the French fries wasn't fried well enough and was kinda raw and they forgot to provide napkins and BBQ sauce and ketchup. I will take my business somewhere
So it's crowed people waiting over 10 minutes for their food and then the cashier spoke no English then guess what none of them spoke English yep and they didn't have any Happy Meals what McDonald's don't have Happy Meals they do I will not be going back
I ordered food when i get home the quarter pound had no meat at all they forgot the meat.they also forgot two cheese burgers. They need training not a GOOD place to eat always something with this place.
I received medium warm food that tasted old and a nasty manager who was upset about me asking for fresh food
Horrible service. It's the same people that been working there and they function as of its their first day on the job. It takes way to long to get your food after you order is taken. I honestly only went there for the AC, because it's 100 degrees outside today.
There is no diversity it is black and Spanish community but everyone spoke Spanish and didn't understand English had to someone to translate so I had to wait even longer for my food
Been coming here for years. Worst place to go at night. No drinks for kids today. Very sloooooow! Menu board doesn't work so you can confirm your order. Oh did I mention slow.
They are the worst service was really bad. The said that they didn't serve juice all they had was soda the wait was really bad and the staff had attitude with all the customers
People cant sit on tables cause of how dirty they allow the tables to get. When asked to clean the tables, the employees give you that look, yeah you know that look. These kids and their parents left after asking 4 times for tables to be cleaned. Luckily i got food to go, when i opened my 20pc nuggets i wasnt surprised to find my nuggets were darker than shaquille oneal in winter season. All these spots in the bx share these common issues, different people different attitude different service. Welcome to the bronx
