McDonald's, Williamsville NY

Works customer service, literally its not worth your time. Been there many time and they can never get anything right.

Went through the drive through, the girl taking my order had an attitude and did not know how to communicate.

They always mess up, fries cold, incorrect drinks, McFlurries always half full. I even switched over to mobile ordering, and they still get the order wrong. Incredibly slow, and they make you pull forward if you get anything more than a burger and fries. I'm done with this location. The only decent one in this area is the location on Sheridan.

Three stars for good coffee. Service is what you would expect from a McDonald's. Nothing bad nothing spectacular.

Very loud. New kiosk system is a little confusing at first. Line waiting for orders really backs up - food is delivered to your table.

Line wrapped around drive thru to almost the street and don’t move for a while had to go inside the palce is dirty straws and napkins and cup lids on the floor tables are not clean off.the floor is sticky by the pop fountains.some of the pos don’t work. Very short staff had to wait while to get my food, and I saw the manager taking money out the Register and stuff it in her pocket. I don’t think I will be coming back to this one

We had a great visit! They now give you a number to take to your table and they bring the food out to you, which is very convenient since I had my young daughter and infant son with me. All of the employees were super nice and the restaurant was extremely clean! Also, my daughter had fun climbing on the Play Place.

The Girl delivering food to table had a terrible attitude. And every customer that came in after us she rolled her eyes at.

Terrible service. Took five minutes to even be acknowledged and then they messed up my order twice. Had attitude and couldn’t get the simplest order right. And just to spite us after asking what tot we wanted for our daughters and we said girl toy they threw a boy toy in. Completely ridiculous. Terrible slipped together food. Onions and pickles were on the outside of my burger

The floor throughout the building was filthy. My grandkids socks were filthy not just on the bottom but on the top from playing in the play are. The gentleman that was spot washing the floor had black dirty water in his bucket.
Even after he washed an area, he left things stuck to the floor.

Hello owners when are u gonna step up and take control of you place again. That's it I refuse to visit your place again no matter what time I come in my order is never right even with the little tickets on saying special made nope never. And the manager had the balls to smile about the whole like it's a joke to screw ur order up. The place is dirty and the staff so unpleasant and literally walking around like zombies with no personality of a look of joy. God get ahold your place

Awful! Took them 3 times to make an iced mocha and still wasn't correct. Did not put all ingredients in. Waste of money, waste of time!

Very slow, I thought it's a fast food not extremely slow food. Chrismas came n went before I got my sandwich

SLOW! Slow ordering system, slow to get food. Bath rooms were DISGUSTING! URINE ALL OVER LADIES SEATS, NO SOAP! Tables were dirty, AND to top it all off, we were bothered by house flies! Overall NASTY EXPERIENCE!

It was clean. They renovated it. Playplace is smaller than the one they had before but it's much cleaner. Food is ok. Its McDonalds anyways

Went and ordered a bacon cheeseburger or a and a fish sandwich instead I got a crispy chicken and a quarter pounder not at all what I want

Stopped eating at McDonald's 2 yrs ago. Figured i would give it another go but to no avail. The order takers cant take orders correctly also got the wrong food at pickup window. Fast food made me late back to work. Didnt even eat it gave it away. The whole experience turned me off. McDonald's will never get another cent from me

The restaurant was recently renovated and now has self ordering machines making service much quicker than before. The atmosphere is much nicer and cleaner.

After 11pm tonight. Many cars in front of us. Each one took 10 min to serve. The food we received was soggy and the oil the chicken nuggets were fried in was rancid tasting. The burger was paper thin and only took up half the roll. Haven’t taken such a long time to provide the food I would ah e expected it to be freshly made. The food had sat for some time. The fries were lukewarm.
How can they do such a poor job?

We don't eat here often but when we do stop for something quick to eat this location is always Great!
