25New playground is much smaller, kiosks make service slow and inaccurate and there is no longer free wifi. If I can't get some work done while my kids play, there is really no point to coming to this location.
Since they went to having four different meatsin their burgers. I haven't liked the flavor of the burgers. (Give me pure beef burgers).
Pos systems for customers to place their own orders are just f_</! ^$ ridiculous. Especially if I don't get a discount for using it. I'll gladly wait for a human to take my order.
Ordered food at ~12 am, waited in line forever. Lots of other creepy cars randomly stopping and walking up to people. Do not recommended.
Horrible service. I guy running two registers with hardly anyone working the back. Busiest time of the day way understaffed. People in the back standing around doing nothing. Waited 20 minutes for a happy meal, large coke and large coffee. Finally waited long enough and asked for a refund. People were actually walking behind the counter for their own sauces! Would give 0 stars if i could. Could not believe what I was seeing.
