It must be so difficult to properly tailor a suit. It must be so difficult to follow instructions on measurements. Your tailor must have the intelligence of Lenny from Of Mice and Men. He should be fired immediately not to mention the lackluster, poor customer service I received not only when we spent $1600 in this store but when we went to pick up the suits and waited 30 minutes in an almost empty store with five employees my eyes could see. This establishment is a joke, as are the employees. You ruined my wedding and I’ll make sure to have my private tailor fix the suit that shouldn’t have to be fixed. I will also be contacting my bank and challenging the charge on my card claiming to not receive an adequate finished product. I will be getting a refund. As someone who owns over $15,000 worth of suits, I will never take my business here again. Karakko down the road is a much better establishment with competent staff, a tailor who actually can do his job, and a wait time that doesn’t put the wait at Penn Station to shame during rush hour.

Let me tell you I was a little skeptical going into a chain store at first. But the salesman Nick quickly changed mind. The man can look at you and knows exactly what would fit you, it was amazing. Besides being a professional in his field, he was a very nice guy. He made you feel like you were shopping in a mom and pop store, and you knew each other your whole entire life. Great job Nick it was a pleasure to meet you, and I will be back because of you.

My boyfreind just left this location. Aparently they pick and chose who they want to help. When arriving in the store and offered help, the sales person was inturrupted and told to help another customer. He left without the suit he came to buy and will be going to another store.

If you need a suit, if you want a pair of fresh socks to match those trousers you’ve been planning on wearing, or maybe you just need a tie to round out the look.get in the car and get to Men’s Wearhouse - this location.

Tried renting a suit for my wedding. Went there a few days before to try it on and see how it looks. They got the wrong shirt color, wrong size shoes, and jacket had all its buttons ripped off. They didn't even know about it. So they told me to come back the next day. They fixed everything when I came back. Right as the ceremony started it fell apart, all the buttons came off, the shoes felt poorly constructed, it was awful. Never renting or buying a suit from them ever again

Great experience here. John Rudinski helped my wife pick out a suit and made her felt very comfortable in what could have been an uncomfortable situation, shopping in a men’s clothing store. He was honest and really knew his stuff! When we went to pick up, he made sure everything was perfect for her. He made this shopping experience feel like we were a priority, which you don’t see often anymore. Thanks John for the amazing customer service! We will definitely be coming back.

Hadn't bought a new suit in years. John the salesman was excellent at pointing me in the right direction. No pressure, just knowledgeable suggestions and spot on. From start to finish a painless and surprisingly easy process. Even picking it up after alterations there was a slight issue that was taken care of by the tailor on sight at 7PM. I'm impressed.

My fiancé went to this location and had a terrible experience. We decided to give it one more try and Karen was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and showed us every possible option for his tux. I can’t tell you how helpful she was. We went from so frustrated with the store to so happy with our choices.

Ordered tux rentals for my upcoming wedding. Received grooms suit with the jacket bubbled and destroyed, had to re order jacket and come to find out the bow tie was filthy and everything was wrinkled! They couldn’t get the right vest and shirt size for the best man, made him come back 3 times just to re order. Very unhappy with this place never again after we return these suits! Go elsewhere people! You’ll thank me later.

They always have the best suit separates. I had Kenneth Johnson Jr helped and this guy makes you feel great and makes sure everything fits right.

Horrible first experience. Had a wedding with them everyone's tuxes were wrinkled. One groom was missing pants. One vest was ripped multiple people had stains on there pants and some people got the wrong vests and we paid top dollar for this. Never again

Rented a tux for my daughter's wedding. My visits to M. W.consisted of fitting, pick-up, and shopping. Plenty of customers, yet no shortage of staff. I was assisted by Arianna D.who was friendly, professional and attentive. Quality Men's wear. Everything was perfect.

Very nice selection of suits, shirts, ties, sports jackets, and more, all top designers. Prices a bit high, but I'd you wait for a sale (they're already running sale on something), you can get a great deal. Salespeople are very helpful.

I never write reviews for anything, but for here I have to. Excellent service. I go here for all of my professional attire. Nick set me up with some suits and catered to all of my requests. Great management and customer service. I highly recommend visiting this particular Men's Warehouse for your suits and business attire.

Our salesperson Glenn was outstanding! I explained what I was looking for, and he had the perfect suit ready when i was finished. Same for shirts and accessories. Very satisfied with my experience here.

Absolute terrible customer service! Worked with Joe supposedly who is the manager. The guy treated me terribly! Miscommunication on the suit being picked up and did not call me even on the day of wedding to let me know it was still there! He should be fired I wish I can give it 0 stars
