There is one very cool sales rep that works here. I don't know your name, but stay awesome. As for the rest of my experiences w/ this store I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Overpriced walked around for 10 minutes not one employee looked my way let alone asked if I needed help

Very upset about how I got treated today.
First of all, I made an appointment, for today, MONTHS AGO! I walk in and they tell me that I dont have an appointment, and that they "dont take appointments"
Finnallyyy they found my appointment and made me wait over 30 minutes. I asked someone if they would help us and they were extreamly rude!
They ripped up all of our papers and were so rude about everything
I will NEVER go back again.

Rented a tuxedo for a wedding. Everything was great except it wasn't as fitting as I would have liked. It did look great anyway though. Staff is very helpful too.

This mens warehouse is very unprofessional and has terrible customer service. Im happy I paid 300 to rent a suit that falls apart and deal with rude staff.

This is the second wedding in a row that I have had an issue with them. They order the wrong sizes even when I tell them what to order because I know there sizes are different. Upon returning it today they are trying to charge me a late fee when the wedding was Saturday and they were closed Sunday the people are beyond rude everytime. This is the second time first time was the lake grove location.

Staff was very nice and helpful regardless of the other impolite customers. You get what you pay for, do you think a cheap suit would be comfortable? You get what you're willing to pay for!
