Great selection, reasonable prices, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will shop here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for anything to do with arts and crafts.

I like this store and the staff is very nice, but.whhhhhhhhyyy isn't there ever enough staff on the registers?

I went all the way to the store because online says these items are in stock to my surprise they don't have what I needed very bad business I don't live near the store I could have went elsewhere instead of wasting my time so disappointed for that being my first time shopping there not again

Too much of the stock is locked up, and the line is too long, to make this a convenient place to shop.

Worst Michaels on earth. You can tell the people who work here are unpaid and run ragged. I try to be extra nice to the employees.

For the most part I found everything that I was looking for except for non-toxic glue.
The thing that I can point out is that finding an employee to help you out is difficult!

Very large store full of all your design needs not to many staff to help in aisles but definitely a lot of premium products

I love the prices for yarn. I'm also in love with constant sales and reward programs. However, they have very low stock of yarn skeins in each color and don't have many colors in stock. I wish that they would have higher inventory.

I love Michael's. This is my personal toysRus. I get lost in here for hours. Its big and well stocked. And 2 floors to explore lol.

The problem with generalist craft stores in places like Downtown Brooklyn is that their real estate is sufficiently limited that they can only offer a small range of supplies for any given craft. My wife went here looking for sewing supplies, and their selection was pretty meager - and what there was was shockingly expensive. Got to make rent somehow, I suppose. OK if what you want is here, but if you have anything specific you need, finding a specialty shop might be a better bet.

I absolutely love Michael's. I love both locations (6th ave. & Atlantic ave.), but my favorite is the Brooklyn store. There are fewer people browsing especially evening hours. Also the store has 2 levels which makes it spacious and easier to navigate. I received a 50% off Birthday coupon. Thank you Michael's for my new Staedtler Pens!

Cashiers are usually friendly. They’ve held things for me multiple times so I don’t make a trip for something that is sold out. It’s very busy on weekends or during big sales.

Love Michaels! I always find great deals for gifts and decorating. I entertain and this is my go to spot to stay on budget for great finds!

Very nice, clean and organized store. The line is long but they call more cashiers when needed. You can find 1 or 2 workers for help. Went there twice so far

Good selection of supplies here but I’ve never not waited in line for less than 15 minutes to check out so only come here if you got time to wait.

What can I say, it's Michaels! This is my go to place to shop for craft supplies. Can't beat their coupons!

No parking! That's the biggest issue with having such a great store in a bad location. There is no customer service. No one helps you. All the products are all over the place. And the prices are high

Very courteous staff. Needs more cashiers. Long lines. Could have a wider selection of paints and painting/drawing supplies.

Great people with great service! The staff here are very friendly and will help at any time. Although I do wish there was more here, every once I a while I go here for the Happy Planner and most times they have the same edition from before. They also didn't have the mini happy planner, But I'm sure once time passes it will be there. Overall, this is a great place to shop!

I love this place but the first 2 hrs of opening is the best time to shop. Then it becomes crowded. Lines get long and short on cashiers to checkout.
