Great selection of arts and craft. I usually come here on a slow day, allows me to shop without the hassle and bustle of other shoppers. However, regardless of the day, they are typically organized. Pretty good service and a large enough space. They are open pretty late for an art store which gives them 5 stars.

Clean, organized arts and craft store with a separate rooms for classes. Inventory is split over two floors and they do have escalators and an elevator. Inventory can be a little limited for those of you used to suburban Michael's, so if you're looking for something very particular, check online first. Lines here tend to be long - over a five minute wait almost every time I shopped here. Make sure you check online for coupons!

Went in here for a Custom Framing purchase. The prices are a bit high but the person at the counter really took the time to walk me through the various options and price points of different materials both for matting and framing. One of the reasons that mine was so expensive is because it was an odd shape so be prepared for that if you come with any non standard sized artwork.

The store has everything you need BUT the customer service isn't any good. Long, very long lines at check out and it takes forever with just one or two cashiers

This Michaels need to hire more people to work because I was there today was waiting on line for 35 minutes because they only had one cashier working.

The staff seemed to all be on a break at the same time had to get help from the lone cashier and go back upstairs to get what I needed. Back on line 15 minutes later other cashiers showed up. Seems ridiculous but at 530 everyone is trying to get home they are like the post office SLOW
