Called on Saturday afternoon after developing bad brake noise. Was given an appt and the repair was completed way before I expected. Had been hoping to get repair done before they closed so i would have transportation to work Monday. Service was fast and staff was courteous and efficient. Would trust them with my car again.

I took my car to get an oil change today and they jam my driver door and told me plain and simple they are not responsible to fix my door mind you they took the car in the shop perfectly fine and told me that if I get the part to fix what they broke to open and close my door that they’ll put it in for free. Now what kind of shop are you guys running the manager was very rude and told me they are not responsible for this that it was going to happen to anyone but yet it happened with them so can someone please explain to me how I’m responsible to fix something they broke on my car this is what type of business they running we brake it you pay it. Will never ever go back there.no thank you.

I was there back in the fall. I knew I need some work done and had them do it. But after they did it my muffler got loud and when I had him check it he said I need a whole new muffler. I had already dumped over a grand in it at that point. Well I took it someplace today and only needed a flange pipe 68.00 to fix it.not a whole new system.wow.thanks for taking me for that ride.

I needed an inspection (as the new year arrived and my sticker would no longer be the right color) and they fit me right in first thing in the morning, had me out in about half an hour! Everyone was super friendly. Plus they have a 50% coupon, which made the inspetion only about $12 or so.

Mother took her car in. Exhaust leak? 2500 quote. I told her let's take it to another mechanic tp brake and muffler. I was called back and told no leak whatsoever. Exhaust is fine. Now I can't leave this part out. I talked to Mike at Midas I said 2500 seems high. Oh well now it's 2100. OK. Shady. Send the parts back. I looked up all oem parts for exhaust parts would have been 683 for full exhaust online. So that being said they charge 3x times to cost of parts plus labor. Run from this place. Thanks Mike. I was a walk in, so I knew I was going to wait to get in for an oil change/tire rotation.but once my car made it in, I expected service to be more timely.

It was not. My tires were off for over 30 mins. Why? Once it was lifted I get that the oil needs time to drain. They lowered it and refilled the oil. Tires still not on.

It was bad.

Not next time.

Amazing service, called last minute for an inspection, they were about to close but still took care of me.

From MA and had to get a tire rotation done, thank you to the manager for getting my car back in and under the hood checked.

Today for the first time my check engine came on I called midas and said could you fit me in today to see what was wrong and Mike said bring it over got there and they did hook it up to the computer and got a 420 code witch is the Cadillac converter and he recommended to call chevy to see if it's under warranty and called them and sure enough it is (haven't had it that long and not alot of miles on it) Thanks for the great advice and I bring my car there for oil change and inspections great place to go!

Got a nail in my tire everyone else in town was too busy they got me right in and got it fixed. Thanks Midas for getting me back on the road asap.

These guys have a great eye for detail! My vehicle had something wrong in its steering & had went through a few shops with out anyone seeing the rack-and-pinion wasnt bolted down. Mike here at Midas noticed it within 10 mins. He saved me 25% on the part. And had me out the door in 90 mins with an alignment! Will definitely be coming back here!

Some people might be worried about taking their car to a chain store, but THIS Midas is more like dealing with an honest small mechanic shop than an impersonal chain! They accommodate my work schedule, do quick and good work, plus give me honest advice about whether something needs to be done... Or not. In other words, there is no pressure like you get with big chain stores. They remembered me (plus my cars) by name after just a couple visits. Mike and Chris will always do you right and it is really refreshing to have these mechanics and service reps around.

Busy place but they managed to take care of my vehicle anyway. I witnessed extraordinary kindness and am blown away by this Midas.

I stopped in at Midas for the first time ever today after work to try and be squeezed in for an oil change (I refuse to change my own oil in the snow, I don’t even care). They kindly and quickly fit me in before they closed, and as soon as they pulled my car in, the power along the entire strip of Commercial Drive cut out, leaving us in pitch blackness. The manager came out very calm and nonchalantly and informed me that today’s appointment would be on the house since their computers were now down, when he could have very easily just turned me away at this point (and understandably so). I asked if he was absolutely certain and he brushed it off and reassured me that it wasn’t a big deal in the slightest.

They went on to perform my oil change in the blackness of their bay with just their flashlights and stayed in good spirits. They were friendly and kind the entire time.

It might be a small gesture that doesn’t cost the business much, but the fact that they went above and beyond just to help me out when they certainly didn’t have any obligation to, means a lot. They now have a forever customer from me any time I’m feeling too lazy/cold to change my own oil.
