Monro Muffler Brake & Service, Colonie NY

Stopped by and was told I could get fit in for my NYSI. I was running out of time and was able to have it done while I was on my Lunch break. The guy at the desk was very nice

How can they make it so easy, they have the scheduling down to a science and get you in on time and out in a timely manner.well done.

Moe is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. He figured out the complex problem I had with my BMW, ordered the parts and fixed it right away. A job that could have cost me $$$ in BMW dealership was resolved for way much less. Highly recommend Moe for his excellent service and honesty.

Always have my routine stuff done at Monro. I recently had a bigger problem, my check engine light came on and I had a bad bogging down where my van would not run properly. Mike took care of it in no time! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Monro in Colonie for many years and many cars and the service is ALWAYS top notch and prices are fair. I definitely recommend for oil changes, brakes or any of your cars needs.

Mike is the best Manager this store has ever had. There use to be one Manager or assistant manager who nearly cause me from using this center in the past, thank God he is gone. All the technicians are so respectful and gives the best customer service. I have had all my cars inspection, service and tire services done here over years and they never disappoint me.

Can you believe this guy's fixed my muffler for free. They could have charged anything, but they said the repair didn't need that much time and so they did it for free and I'm not even from here was just driving through to VA. Amazing place, Amazing employee s

I’ve been taking my cars to this particular Munro muffler for over 30 years people are always pleasant they’re honest and they fix things quickly and correctly I highly recommend this Munro muffler location.
Even though I have now moved over 150 miles away I still return here when I’m in the area.
They’ve built up a good business by treating people fairly.

Great service! I went in for an oil change, they took me out to my car and showed me a few things that were wrong. Excellent and fast service. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

Stopped in to have a low tire filled with air. Mike was so eager to help. Pulled an air hose out to my car, made sure all of my tires were up to par. Good choice for hard-to find mechanical work and routine auto maintenance. If you have their credit card, the oil changed are half what they cost at a dealership. Don't force repairs on you. But will make you aware if something appears to need attention. Cover their tire warranties. I generally set an appointment. But they have taken me with quick in & out if I've dropped in without one. They do need to do something to hang on to managers (main reason for 4, not 5 stars).
