I like this place! They remember their customers; not only their names but what they like and even the family and friends they bring in. I was there Mother’s Day week and they literally knew most of the men and who they were purchasing a gift certificate for. They even explained differences in services and pricing to better purchase the amount they would needed. Busy but organized and efficient

Super happy with how my nails came out! A friend recommended this place and I’m glad I went. It’ll be the go to nail salon whenever I need my nails done! The owners are very nice and friendly. They know everyone by name. Funny too! I had a great experience.

Okay first off im just gonna say YES YES YES! This is the best nail place ive ever been to.super clean and cute inside.the people working there are amazing and have great taste in music! Lol

It was my first time at this nail salon but it won’t be my last! Angie did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She took her time with everything and was super sweet. Also I love the music they play! Definitely will be going there again.

This is my favorite nail salon, the staff is so fun and kind and I never leave less than thrilled with the manicure they’ve done. The gel lasts so well and they accommodate any request you have. They are also taking great care of everyone by keeping them safe and following safety precautions! There are dividers between each station and everyone is wearing their mask. I definitely felt safe and comfortable.

I've never a bad experience here. Sure it can be busy but its worth the wait. The gel polish stays on for at least three every time. I wont go anywhere else and i've been to my fair share of places.

It was a very nice place however they are a little unprofessional and the girl who did my nails made inappropriate comments about my hands. My nails are all different lengths even after I asked her to fix them. I was charged extra for the length she put and not the length I asked for. However they were all very nice people.

I love Nail Studio and Spa. They are great people with such and amazing evironment. Never a time you dont get a good laugh and a smile. They do the best quality job around on nails.

Wonderful mani-pedi! Angie did an IMPECCABLE job on my nails and brought them back to life after a summer of barefoot and gloveless gardening. The decor was beautiful, things were very clean, and everyone was sooo kind and hardworking. I had the most relaxing time and cannot wait to return on my next trip to Buffalo!

First time going and I enjoyed my experience. The people were pleasant, practiced social distance, very clean atmosphere. I love my nails.

Nice and very clean salon. Very busy and long wait times. The owner was very friendly and amazingly good at remembering names of the many people who were in and out. Quality service.

Horrible experience, it took forever, my toes were bleeding and it seemed like the guy didn’t know what he was doing. At the end of the my manicure I noticed that the guy who did my nails had warts on his hands, I just let it slide because all I wanted to do is get out of there, now I’m getting a wart on my hand. I don’t know why I paid so much for a terrible service and I wish I could get my money back. Everyone is so rude and unprofessional, I will never return.

Took 4 hours to have a manicure and pedicure. The manicure turned out nice even after the lengthy wait. The tub was not sanitized before the pedicure was done. She rinsed the bowl with water and then laid down a plastic liner. The lady knicked my cuticals and I ended up with a toe nail infection and dr says I may end up losing my toe nail. Wont be going back anytime soon. I have never had a nail infection before and am so disgusted that I paid for this.

Definitely 5 stars, very clean and friendly environment! Best, BEST PLACE FOR A PEDICURE. They take their time and eveneoffer beverages! I found my new spot! Very happy! ;-)

My full set came out horrible and uneven. I don’t know why they charged me $30 when I called before and they said $25. And the lady told me to get out the chair so they can put someone else in it. But my nails weren’t even done drying

This is a great place, and even more beautiful and accommodating since they moved across the plaza. I love getting the deluxe pedicure here, though they have many other services as well; manicures, gels and acrylics, and waxing.

Staff is super nice and their gel manicures are consistently done well and last long. The wait is long, but it’s worth it!
