Nail Studio & Spa, Buffalo NY

Went a few weeks ago. Was directed directly to a chair when I walked in where I sat soaking my feet for 45 minutes. When asked why I was sitting so long and the water was now cold, owner responded staff went on break!
Way to many nail salons to ever go back there.walked out and will never return!

Not what it used to be. Always a long wait. Rushed through the process because of the wait. Sad because I loved it here.

Got a gel mani/pedi. This place always does a great job! The prices are awesome for the quality they deliver. The owners know me by name and ask about my family, they're so sweet. Lily did my nails and the shape and color are great, as per her recommendation. She was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing and the place is very clean and well decorated! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Best nail salon I have been to in forever! They are always busy but everything is so well organized and clean.

Very efficient, well run, everyone was very nice. The place is very clean.love that the instruments are sterilized by using autoclave.

It's an assembly line and stressful. Also, I got a toe nail fungus and never ever had it before or afterward.

Excellent gel Manis! Fantastic atmosphere, I absolutely love this salon! The owners are so attentive and even when there's 25+ customers they still try to greet you by name. I highly recommend this salon!

My gel manicure never lasted until I started coming here! I can go 3 weeks or longer! Its always busy but its expected for a great nail place. The decor is fresh and in style and the salon its very clean! I love the music they play and that they offer you a beverage for your pedi! Wont go anywhere else!

Clean. Great quality. 4 stars because of Horrible wait time had to sign in leave and come back an hour later and wait almost 2 hours after. However it was worth the wait. I didn't feel rushed for my pedicure and the quality was great. It's very busy so my suggestion is that They need to expand:) I will definitely be back.

I am a regular for my gel mani every two and a half weeks, they do a beautiful job, the gel mani is the best I've had out of all the salons I've tried it doesn't discolor, chip, or peel! The staff is amazing and remember me by name every time! Highly recommended it's an amazing salon

Clean and professional. They give the best manicures and their Gel polish stays put. They can be pretty busy but it's worth the wait. I love this place.

Just had an absolutely wonderful experience. This place is packed every time I go to get a Mani/pedi and I finally understand why. Beautiful salon, friendly and courteous techs. Will be going here from now on.

This is the absolute worst nail experience I've ever had. I asked for short round acrylics. Two of my nails are completely crooked and sideways. Very sloppy and my fingers are covered in glue. Also, while the technician was filing my nails, she literally filed a huge gash in my pinky and it was bleeding and burning like crazy. She said "ohhh very bad" and kept going. Never going again.

I called before I drove 20 min to get here to see what time they close. They told me 8pm. I arrived at 7: 20 pm 20 min after calling only Gibbs told they wouldn't take me because they stop services at 7pm.the time I called. I was here to get my daughter's nails done for her birthday tomorrow. This was a waste of time and gas and a disappointment to my daughter.

I got acrylics for the first time the other day and they turned out beautiful! The staff was extremely upbeat, friendly and made a fun environment to be in. I will definitly be back!

ALWAYS have a GREAT experience here! Staff are VERY friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone! LOVE IT!
