Extremely pleased with over $ 500.00 SAVINGS in premium per year for exactly the same coverages. Convenience & simplicity of getting a quote, was smooth, as was getting the policy started, and recieving coverage ID cards via E-mail within a couple minutes after I paid the first down payment. Over all great experience and the dollars saved, was outstanding! ! !

I've been with National General for almost 30 years. I sold my motorcycle a couple of years ago and just recently bought a new one. I called National General because they have always provided excellent customer service at a very reasonable price. However, this experiencewas disastrous. Not only could I not understand the customer service agent due to enormous background noise on his end.but, the quote was over $700 more than I was paying two years ago! I contacted another Insurance company through a friend of mine and they quoted me $400 less.needless to say I went with the other company and will never do business with National General again.

My experience was awesome. They offered the lowest rate for full coverage insurance than all the insurance companies I quoted with, which were a lot. I have everything on my insurance including a death benefit and my rate was still lower than every company. The customer service was awesome and my agent was phenomenol. I am going to tell all my friends and family about this insurance.

The gentleman who set my policy up as an international driver couldn't have been more helpful. Admittedly the premium is spend at the moment however for a first time I can't complain

THE WORSE COMPANY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE! I've tried with the claim number and got disconnected, I've been transferred multiple times and got disconnected.really ridiculous. I deal with all insurance companies and this one surprised me by being the worse in getting in touch with anyone

Purchase two policies the same day, very helpful insurance reps, good prices. I hope if there is ever a claim they take care of it right away.
