26Am I surprised that The department of motor vehicles wasted my time? ! Despite the nice appointment barcode.for a firm 1: 30PM deal.the place was utter chaos. No systems. No appointment. Just a couple hundred desperate suffering people waiting to be fleeced out of their $$$. Thanks a lot Cuomo.
Worst service ever. Rude and disgusting staff. Especially the Asian lady named Hung. She is so difficult, she make a big deal out of nothing. The same proof of residency that another lady accepted the previous day she refused them. And almost throw them at me. I wish there was another place around me. The shift supervisor literally yell at me.
I have never in my life been more disgusted with an establishment, never felt more disrespected, nor have I ever been so saddened by the service here. I am sickened by how terrible my experience has been here - four hours for an ID, and counting. Please, I urge everyone, DO NOT GO HERE.
Very efficient. Wait for test not long. Total time was about 2 hrs. Staff helpful and informative. Need 3 proofs of residency a must.
Slow workers. I came here very early because I work in the afternoon and now I'm late for work. I been here for 3 hours now.
Lines are very long and there are many workers why does it take so long if there are so many workers
