Friendly thorough front desk staff. It was safe, clean and uncrowded. Wayne was my technician. He showed me to the back to a small changing room with a locker where I was given a roomy gown and socks. When I entered the imaging room Wayne assisted me onto the table asked if I would like a blanket and I said yes as it was cool. I was then given a nice big blanket. He asked me what kind of music I would like and I asked for classical thinking it would be soothing but jokingly said “unless you have dark alternative”. He said “we have everything. ” I said “ok how about The Cure? ” So I did my MRI listening to their pop hits on a pair of comfy headphones. I had a smile on my face the whole session - having my own playlist made the experience much more tolerable.
I would happily visit this imaging center again.

They remind me of the upcoming appointment ~2x each day in the days leading up to the date - very annoying. Open the secure site, sign in, and find only old messages.
Guy running the MRI was doing 5 jobs at the same time.

First rate care, VERY thorough and accommodating, professional and clean. The reception is positive and the staff are lovely. Better than NYU.

Poor service. I went for a knee mri and they didn’t deliver it on time as they had promised. Found that when I was already at the doctor’s office. When I called them to ask for explanations no one was answering the phone.

Well-run and clean facility. The technician took me early and performed a thorough exam. Pleanty of space and hand sanitizer.

Everything looks great the staff the facility the only thing is I could not make a phone call out my cell phone but that is not a big deal the main thing is everyone there took really good care of me

NOT VERY RELIABLE SO FAR: This facility delayed my MRI results twice therefore making my follow-up MD appointment useless and putting my health at risk of complications. I will let my insurance and prescribing physician know what happened. Anna P.

Everyone there are so friendly and courteous
They display nothing but professionalism they made me feel very comfortable during my visit there.

I waited for an additional 1.5 hours past my appointment time before being seen by the technician, she then carelessly kicked my fractured foot. That really hurt. The area around the MRI machine was very dirty and they did not provide adequate ear plugs.
Very disappointed and in more pain from when I arrived. Don't choose this location if you have a choice.

Everyone was very nice the facilities are very clean and they offer many hours so it’s very accommodating many locations that’s also very accommodating. They call you to confirm that you’re going to make your appointment.

Waited 1hr 50 min. No apology for the missing document. Very little explanation, certainly no consideration for my time.

They kept me waiting 90 minutes but they were honest when I asked them about it. Telling me about it right away would have been better. Once I got to see the tech, she was professional and pleasant.

The facility is immaculate and the staff are very nice. I would recommend this location to anyone.

My technician, Walt, was very kind and gentle and thorough. He introduced himself and brought me snacks after my procedure.:)
They keep the place too darn cold, hence only 4 stars.

Had a very positive experience this morning. Despite my initial hesitancy due to mild claustrophobia, the tech was able to help me relax and get the scan done. Clean office and helpful and friendly staff.

This is the second time I have gone for a MRI and the staff are helpful, professional and always eager to help. My doctor had not sent the script for the MRI, so I call my doctor and her office, suggestions were given by the front end staff, the two young ladies were great! Thanks again for your service! As for the tech doing the MRI he was great too! He had done my MRI 6 months! They are all worthy employees! Thanks again!

Their MRI machine broke during the day and they made one attempt to call - no text or email, even thought they had my email on file. So I left work early, turned up and they told me it was broken. Luckily there was another slot at a different location, but the communication was not very good.

The facility is clean and front desk was courteous and professional. I give four stars because the technician was not sensitive to give me privacy to clean myself and change after an ultrasound. Overall good experience.

The tech Maria shes gods heaven sent she is so caring and always makes sure that everything is going as planned.

Very pleasent experience, very quick registration and extremely nice and friendly lab technician whom explained and helped in making the test/scan process the easiest.
