24Great service from the receptionist to the technician Red. Very caring. Went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed.
Relatively quick. Communication was generally good, nothing that a proactive approach can't resolve.
Arrived for my Friday 6.29 4: 00pm appointment a half hour before as instructed. I was told my appointment was at their other location. The very helpful and pleasant women at the check in desk immediately got me the open 3: 30pm appointment at the location which I had arrived, and I was in and out in about 45 min. Both staff members at the desk were very accommodating. MRI tech was nice and very professional. No fuss, no stress. Good start to my 4th of July vacation. Thanks!
My experience was good and satisfying i had earphones with my choice of music and it help to distract myself from the procedure that was being performed. Thumbs up for the place definitely recommend anyone here at any of the locations in Nyc. The place is clean and good hospitality from the staffs.
