Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care, Roslyn NY

The staff was so welcoming when we walked in. We felt extremely comfortable with the option to wait in the car or inside. Once the PA came to see us, Alethea Cunningham, she was so courteous and fast. She turned a room full of anxiety into a room full of laughter. We were very appreciative of her ability to calm our nerves and make a trip to see the doctor a lot less stressful. Thank you!

Terrible place. Called to schedule appointment and no one picked up at Northwell. Decided to walk in and at first was told that we can squeeze you in. Waited 15 min and someone also had been waiting for atleast 30min. After the wait, a person from the back said cannot see Covid patients and they need to make appointment. Lol I didn’t know I had Covid before I could even be tested. I had no symptoms but def after going to the place - I probably caught something. Lol walked to CityMd and got everything done in 10 min in Roslyn.

No professionalism/No kindness. More importantly the place was empty not sure if they are on fixed pay and don’t have any drive! Terrible.def not the place you want to go when you have an urgent need

I visited this medical office a few times, most recently for some COVID-19 related testing. Everyone is nice, friendly, efficient, and a professional. This is what a dream medical office would be like.

I was very please w the diagnose and the treatment. Everyone was patient and caring. Place was convenient and comfortable. In comparison with other urgent care places. I would recommend this one over the others.

Just went there to get ear ache checked. Person at desk said insurance not valid and sent me on my way Though I have a valid card, and all my info is in the system and have been there dozens of times.

Called my insurance company and they said everything normal and good to go.

Other urgent care practices in the area much more professional. Safe yourself the time and aggravation.

Wonderful staff despite the busy waiting area. They remained courteous and observed universal precautions. They are able to adapt and prioritize patient care when an urgent case arrived without compromising other patients.

We had a very positive experience here. We were from out of town visiting family when the incident occurred that needed medical attention. Everyone was attentive and knowledgeable. We got great help and advice. The doctor was very knowledgeable and personable.

Don’t waste your time with other urgent cares in the area. They are professional, quick and most important accurate in diagnosing and prescribing.

Helpful staff. PA was very good in analyzing the problem and successfully dealing with it. Healing was successful.

I was very impressed with the short wait time. I came down with flue like symptoms, the staff admitted me very quickly and the PA was able to diagnose and treat me with the right meds for my symptoms. Day later I feel as good as new. Thanks

Every single time I go. I conveniently make an appointment on my phone.when I get there, I go right in. The staff is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've been there for myself, my teenage sons, and my husband.in fact the doctor saved my husband when he had undiagnosed diverticulitis. I'm greatful for GO Health!

Dr. Patel was thorough, compassionate and caring. She took time to listen, test, diagnose and treat my 89 year old mom.

I had a bad cough so I made sure I called them in the morning to see if they had an xray/tech.spoke to a young man who said they did. I told him we would be in around 3pm that day.when I arrived, 3pm, the lady told me the xray tech left at two pm. I told her that we were told he would be there and she said sorry but in a tone that she was not. They need to get their act together. Sat in all kinds of traffic to get there for nothing!

I have been to this Urgent Care two times. It is lovely, clean and professional. Everyone who works there is pleasant and makes your medical experience as easy and flawless as possible. This should serve as a prototype for every medical facility.

Showed up here with what I know is bronchitis and the guy can hear me coughing and congested and say oh sorry we don't take ur ins sorry but I mean come on look at the time it says northwell like I have medicade how you turn. Me away to treat me

My daughter received the best care when she was at Go Health Urgent Care, I'm very satisfied with the care and support she received from the doctor and other staff members.

I made an appointment on line for 12 noon on a recent Sunday. I walked in & no one was there! I was seen in 2 minutes! I was out in 5 minutes!
Prescription called into the pharmacy w/o asking! The place is super clean & modern with a friendly staff. It doesn't get any better than this!
