I have to say how satisfied I was with the excellent care
from the moment I was arrived to the moment I left the office.
The staff is very nice and very professional. From the front desk, the medical Assistant, the X-ray technician and the Dr. All Excellent.
I will definitely recommend this Urgent Care to my friend and family. So proud to be part of Northwell. 5 Stars

This is a great urgent care clinic. They took excellent care of me and helped to diagnose my issue quickly and treat me with the right medications. I highly recommend this clinic. Fast and clean and very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I’ve been here a few times and every time It was a very quick reception: i was taken in to my appointment almost immediately upon arrival. They have a friendly, professional and courteous staff who know what they’re doing & took care of me. Big THANk YOU to them!

Horrible experience.went in yesterday after playing basketball from dehydration and lightheadedness.asked to lay down because I was going to faint and was told to have a seat. Didn't seem to care when I felt like I was going to pass out. Dr was very nice but people didn't seem to care. Just took my money. Maybe I confused what urgent care was. Years ago I had appendicitis and went to urgent care in bayside where they took my blood and rushed me to er. That's what I thought urgent care was

Dr Aliza Raza was very informative and really cared for my mom so much. She is one of the best doctors I've ever come across.

Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the visit. They called me back with my lab results in a few days. Great job!

I was so nervous going in and the provider was so nice, so reassuring, so knowledgeable (but still wanted to double check her recommendation with the. CDC guideline), she was awesome. And the facility is beautiful as well, very professional and made me feel instantly comfortable.

Efficient, clean and no wait time when I took my 8 year old son with a really bad cough. Doctor at the time wasn't the best with kids but overall very satisfied I took him in.

Every one was so attentive and responded to my discomfort in such a timely manner. The nurses were very comforting and reassuring. My doctor was very clear and treated me very kindly. I would go back any time, I recommend their office highly.
