Very knowledgeable trainers. I’m comfortable lifting and training knowing I’m doing it the right way because they’re watching me and correcting me to maximize results. I had knee surgery and I’m surprise at how much I can lift! They assured me that if I do the exercises correctly, I won’t get hurt. The class is fast paced with great music, 55 minutes feel like 30! I love the mindful breathing at the end with the lights out to bring our nervous system down.
