We were searching for a new service for our 3 unit Brooklyn building for a mild roach infestation and a suspected bird/squirrel invasion; we decided to give OnGuard a try. We were very pleased with the results. Andrew and Eric showed up on time, were super knowledgeable, friendly and did a thorough job treating and preventing for roaches. They also identified our invasion as tiny birds nest nestled on our 2nd floor facade. We will have them back after spring so the birds have a chance to move on.

They are very quick to respond and very thorough! Todd specifically was very responsive with emails and answered all my questions. I've had them come out to my property twice for two separate issues (roaches and later ants) and each time they were available almost immediately. I would absolutely recommend!

We used this company for the first time and had an excellent experience. Todd was very knowledgeable about our situation and told us exactly what to expect before the service. Our technician Andrew was on time, professional, and very patient & informative when answering all of my questions. He was extremely thorough and it seems our infestation will be gone quickly. We hired OnGuard to help solve a mouse problem that our building's exterminator wasn't able to fix. They were on time, professional, and thorough. When, after we thought the issue was resolved, we saw additional droppings, they were here within 2 days to fix it. I highly recommend this company - they were extremely responsive, came quickly when issues arose until the problem was resolved, and couldn't have been nicer.

Awesome - I didn't actually end up having them come out to deal with a pest issue I was having in my apt but they walked me through how to deal with it over the phone and text, very understanding and encouraging! Went above and beyond when they didn't have to. A+!

Todd was amazing! Thought I had found a bed bug and once I sent him a picture of the dead bug in a tissue he wrote back so quickly to tell me it was not a bed bug! Would definitely call again if I need anything else!

I was suspicious about the type of a dead bug I found at home, and I took it to On Guard Pest Control in a ziplock. Their kind and friendly team did a little research and found out that it wasn’t a dangerous type. It’s good to know that there is a reliable expert in the neighborhood when it comes to pest control.
