Responded in a very timely manner and identified issues quickly. Based on the situation described gave a recommended course of action, was professional and not pushy. Was willing to move schedule around to accommodate, which was much appreciated. Calm, composed and put client at ease.
They've been fantastic! Very responsive and always able to come to our office with a day or two notice.
After getting 3 estimates and becoming more knowledgeable I new Todd and OnGuard was the right person/company for the job. Straight talk no trying to make it a bigger more expensive job than necessary. With that said termite problems require a long term solution so lets see how Todd does over the next 2 years. I have confidence in him.
Andrew was truly an angel for us. He took his time in our apartment and explained each step. He was so knowledgeable and patient. He also was so respectful and asked if he should take off his shoes in our home- something extra we REALLY appreciated. We would definitely call him again if we ever had another issue!
These people rock! I was completely freaked out. The On Guard team came in and completely put me at ease. John was incredible - professional, SO thorough and I'm a high maintenance person. Let's just say I'm sleeping a lot better.
