I went there for just two items. And they didn't have either so they had to order them from different places and now I have to wait

The last few times I needed help, the gentleman Anthony was amazing. Very professional, friendly and went way out of his way to help myself and my father. The other technicians that also were working were very friendly as well. If they didn't have something in stock they were going to go out of their way to get it or guided me on how to get what I needed specifically for my vehicle.

Asked for brake pads for a jeep Cherokee. Received brake pads for I don't know what vehicle. Will never go back.

Great for a quick oil change. Concern over my requested tire rotation was actually done. I went in with my tire a bit deflated on the driver side after I received my car back the same tire was still deflated at the same psi that I gave them.

Love this place. They always seem to have a much larger selection of items. It's very rare that I don't find what I am looking for. Plus the staff is really helpful.

I have been going to this Pepboys in Bay Shore for about 3 years now to get my cars serviced. The staff here is very friendly and professional. I have mostly dealt with Anthoney, manager at the service counter. Anthony is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this location for anyone who is looking to get their car serviced without getting ripped off.

Have been here before. And like and place you have work done you have second thoughts. But they have always been good and never any problems. Wish there were some more coupons like in the old days at Sears Automotive in the old Sears mall

Service team was fantastic. Walked in at 5: 30pm on a Saturday looking to replace 4 tires and a wheel alignment. They juggled some stuff around and got me in. Great customer service! Kaitlyn, Anthony, and Joe got me a terrific deal in a timely manner. Will be back!

Nice person over the Phone. But that's where it ends. No communication what so ever. Appointments dont mean anything. They will take over 4 hours at minimum to do anything in there. They need to fix this whole thing.

Needed a new battery installed along with vehicle inspection. Made a on-line appointment the night before. Got there at like 10: 15AM waited and was all done and out by 12PM. So far so good.

They deserve any star went there to get my tire fix last night, on the internet it said that the store open until 9pm when i get there were three of them one the guy told me the after 7pm the don’t fix tyre so they don’t do anything after 7pm then close the dam store at 7pm why open until 9pm so they just sit there and get two hours pay doing nothing.

I was told I could get an oil change ANYTIME, I called to get oil change and was told "not today"! Please hire educated individuals so they can inform customers with CORRECT information!

I don't take or Trust my truck anywhere else but This location in Bayshore on Sunrise Highway. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Abraham the manager and Chris the mechanic Are AWESOME! ! These 2 guys always figure out the problem.
The staff is Great!

Brought my car in about two weeks ago to get my A. C fixed thanks to Chris for saving the day very professional, prompt, friendly and completed the repair quicker than expected. Overall very great service with the staff.

Disappointing counter service experience in Lindenhurst store, waited morning and till 3pm, they strung me along, went to Bay Shore store was done in an hour. Awful

They did good work, but the kid behind the counter was too busy bullshitting with a customer instead of getting my paperwork in for my brake job. A lot of trash talking of another employee that weren't there, too.
The mechanic was professional and worked fast once he got the job.

Had bad experiences in the past. This staff seems to get the job done right the first time around.

Overpriced and people there would rather talk to each other than help customers, took my money elsewhere

I did have an issue but store manager Abraham Campos corrected the issue and I left very satisfied.

Went over about a week ago.the wait time was short for replacing all 4 tires. Staff was quick and pointed me over to complementary coffee. I also appreciated the recommendation to change my brake pads soon. I will be coming back to this store for sure.
