The Store manager Nicole is very helpful, I had an issue with my vehicle's tires, she found a solution and addressed all my concerns and dealt in a professional manner. Great customer service!
I came in to change my tires for my car. Edward who happened to be working on his day off helped me get set up. He told me it would take an hour once they get the car in. When I was here last time it took 2 hours, the day I came in (Saturday) they were so busy I didn't find parking close by. To my surprise and delight I was out in under an hour with Edward's help. Very nice and so thankful for his help!
Stay away from this pepboys! I went over the weekend and they have nothing in stock and everything is a mess! Lazy workers and never get your car serviced there because they have the worst mechanics ever
Went in for an inspection. Knew i needed new windshield wipers so purchased that. Rep who took care of me installed them for me as well as my registration sticker free of charge!
I wasn't the customer but I was with the customer she came in to get an oil change last night we seen they were a little busy but they kept making sure that we was okay asking if there's anything they can do overall great experience
Came in at 6pm to get a diagnostic for a check engine light. Was told I could wait outside in my car and they would give me a phone call when ready. An hour and a half later I walk in wondering when they are going to take my car in. The manager goes they can’t do it. It’s too late. Waste of time. NEVER EVER COME HERE.
They are a waste of people time. I went there to get my car inspected, the sales representative tell me the car will be going in now so it shouldn’t be long that turn into a 2 hour wait plus fail inspection because my windshield wiper was rip and a break light out. There is a sign to the far left that say they change windshield wipers for free no appointment necessary therefore instead of failing my car and have me sitting for so long they could let me purchase the wipe and they replace it like the sign say and just let me replace the bulb. After I got the bulb they tell me I have to wait another 2 hours to reinspect the car I didn’t get done till 7: 30 at night and I’ve been there since 1pm. Waste of time go someplace else
