Phở Hoài, Brooklyn NY

Meals came out more than 5 minutes apart and restaurant wasn't even full. Better timing would've been appreciated. The food was fine. The service was okay. It's okay for families because I've seen people bring kids and there were no problems that I can tell. There is a diverse staff which is good and expected in NYC. There is a separate restroom for men and women. Yes, it's a place to visit if you are considering.

Everything is OK but interior needs rennovation. If someone ask me about lunch I definitely 100% recommend this place.

Been going here for over 10 years. Always loved it. Something's changed with the quality of the food (I usually order the beef cubes). It's not the same. Same feedback from my family. When we were last there, we decided to stop dining there because of the lack of good service. It was rude, snappy and careless. We were greatly disappointed because we loved it for many years.

Great food. Very authentic Vetnamese cuisine. I love their Noodles with grilled pork (#16). The price is so reasonable. This is my go to place. The service is attentive and quick.

Would have have gave this place a 4 but the waiter made the day terrible. Even myself being asian, I've never seen asian people this rude with language barriers. I was just politely asking and he turns unfriendly on me. The Pho is okay but I've had better broth from other Vietnamese places. At the end of the day the main message to me was: I'm not welcomed here.

Delicious, authentic Vietnamese experience. You obviously can’t go wrong with the Pho here. Classic spring rolls are also a must.

The food is amazing, the people there have a small accent when speaking english however they are kind

This is your average local Vietnamese spot. This restaurant has been here forever and the food is always great. I come here quite often and can always rely on the beef cube lunch or dinner special. It's a great price for a very healthy portion of meat and onions. After a long workout or day of work, you need a little comfort food and this is the spot. Whether is a bowl of pho, spring rolls, calamari, beef cubes, or a view sandwich, it's all good. The food has been consistent over the past 10 years but I think there's a new chef in town, the beef cubes tastes different (not in a bad way). Anything you want from a viet restaurant you get here.

The only downside is the hygiene, the tables always have a stickiness that makes you wonder how often they clean anything here. Most of the time we walk in, sit down, and order the same old, no need for a menu. With that all said, I don't think ill ever stop going.

Always incredibly tasty! Shrimp and vegetable salad with light lemon and mint dressing, grilled chicken with rice noodle soop made my day! Thank you.

The food is always amazing.the service isnt.sometimes it can be fast and amazing.sometimes slower then hell.have had times where some food comes out in 5 minutes and another persons plate takes 40 minutes.

First time I am writing a review. Food is good but service is all different story. We waited for some time to be noticed. Then when we were eating the waiter took a brake. Put his food on a table next to us snd his phone in front of him and started listen music very loud. Eventually he finished and when I asked him to pack leftovers he put his finger inside the soup bowl. That was it.never ever we will go there.
