24This company wants to make it impossible to talk to someone who can help. They constantly pawn off the responsibility to the next person. They quote the contract so they don't actually have to help you. You run around trying to get answers from ANYONE and you get so angry you end up giving up (seems to be their goal). This is horrible customer service. After reading these reviews I am not alone.
Awesome gym great especially since all the others close at 7pm on the weekends. I'd be a regular member but I'm dealing with some shady dealing that an old Planet fitness manager (Rich) did.but other than that it's a great place to workout Samuel was awesome in helping me start to address the issue I'm having and I'm sure the new Manager with sort it out.update later
Update: Tyler the new manager was on the ball when it came to resolving the problem with my account he and corporate were able to dissolve any concerns that I had. Thank you!
So before signing up I read the reviews about the charges people are getting and I went in to check out the establishment and I asked a ton of questions because my biggest concern was getting the BS charges. I sign up, I'm not even signed up for a month and I get a $15 late fee. I called to inquire twice, the girl failed to tell me that the manager wouldn't be in that evening after I told her I'd be stopping in. I go there the managers not there one young lady is very helpful and told me when the manager would be. I went in to speak with him he told me I put in my account number wrong when I signed up online, now if when I put in my account number if it didn't pull up all of my account information I understand that, however when I put in my account numbers in it pulled up all of my accurate account information. The manager was unreasonable with understanding that, so I cancelled. I'm very disgusted and disappointed with the fact that this is okay for them to do.
