Pleasant Valley Inn, Bath NY

The food was well prepared, the wait staff very nice and the ambiance was attractive. The serving sizes were modest and the prices seemed high and it wasn't clear why we weren't seated upon our arrival as there were plenty of empty tables. But it was a pleasant dinner.

Our first weekend as overnight guests of the PVI after eating here a few times- wish I could add stars because five is not enough! The rooms are beautiful, the accoutrements are luxurious, and the food is as fresh and delicious at breakfast as it is at the dinner table. We've eaten at top restaurants on four continents and never had better.

Amazing food. Wonderful atmosphere. Perfect service! We Highly recommend stopping here whether for a quick bite or a Amazing dinner.

We have stayed and dined several years in a row with the previous owners and now the new owners. It is very relaxing and dinners are superb. Owners/staff are most pleasant and they seem to have endless energy. I highly recommend.make reservations just to secure a spot.

If your a meat and potato guy, it isn't for you. Basically for wealthy people. Or people who want to seem important. Food is so so. But bring lots of money.
