Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
27 They don't have good costumers service.
Not enough staff and the the few that they have don't make an attempt to help you.
The store is very messy and desorganize never have bags strong enough theirs bags are very flimsy.
Tasty and tender chicken but lacking kick. High salt. Ok sides. Better than many chain fried chicken.
Tasty and affordable. Stuff was nice and friendly. Not a culinary supernova, but great for a quick meal.
Very busy location. These young ladies are so friendly and customer first attitude. It's refreshing to see that. I don't recall her name but she has a permanent smile and glow around her. She was in the middle counter, very light skin. Food was good, crew was AWESOME
This place is a service oriented eststablement great for the whole family, bathroom on location and lots of stores for shopping next to world famous Apollo theater.
The food here is great. Its a franchise, its pretty much the same as any standard Popeye's. However, there are a few things that bother me. First and foremost the lack of interest in the staffs demeanor and their interaction with customers. I never had an horrible encounter, some just rush you and get your requests wrong but I observed interaction with others. 125TH Street has an interesting and tough crowd. The customers are not easy to deal with but staff needs to remain professional and not also pay ATTENTION to the needs of the customers. For instance, there are many homeless people lounging around and trying to find shelter. The issue at hand is the smell. Not just the individuals but the bathroom that reeks of urine. Many times the customers would say hey "You guys should have someone check this out" and no response or no immediate response is given. That;s a direct turn off why would you want to purchase food there after your stomach is already disturbed. They need to maintain the space. They need to clean more often especially knowing a million people would walk through your doors at any given moment. Also a smile or two would not hurt.
I love Popeyes but this location is horrible! Staff was wonderful very nice but eating and smelling piss the whole time is very unpleasant! Also I spend almost 40$ and all my boxes was basically empty, shrimp box had no kidding only 6 shrimps and a biscuit that's it! Very disappointed!
