Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Albany NY

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. Cashiers were rude and made herself a plate of food and took a break while there was a huge line forming. When talking to the manager for getting skipped he basically blew me and my wife off. Do not recommend anyone get food here.

Went here with my bf and his mother. The food was good, but the cashier, who I think was the manager on shift, was very rude asked me if I wanted my food “for here or to go? ” And I didn’t catch what he said so asked what he said and he asked me “for here or to go? ” I said “for here, ” and then he responded rudely by saying, “see, that’s what I asked you the first time. ” I said “thank you” after he gave me my food and he just ignored what I said and didn’t respond. He wasn’t nice to the other employees there either. He had just as bad of a tone with them as he did with me and the other customers. It wasn’t so much what came out of his mouth but the way he said what came out of his mouth. This place needs new management. I understand everyone has their bad days, but there’s no excuse for someone to talk to people the way this guy did, especially since he’s on the clock.

Ordered and paid for food never received in bag. More than half the order was missing ripping off a single father in these hard times. Their own suggestion was to drive 30 min out there and 30 min back home wasting my gas and time because their workers could not be bothered to check the bag before stapling it shut before pickup.

The food was fresh which made the long wait worth it. They're stepping up their game and making customers a priority. No one on cell phones, everyone was working to deliver good service

I tried the popcorn shrimp. It was so good. I ordered online. Site said to pickup by 8: 30 PM, but shop closed at 8 PM. Manager let me pick it up the next day, but that glitch should be fixed on their site.

It was my first time trying the chicken sandwich, while it was good, the chicken patty could’ve been crispier.

Not too keen the sweet chili sauce.

The chicken tenders were too thin, causing the ratio of the batter to meat to be off balanced.

Clean location, free bathroom.

Love popeyes food, terrible system at this location. Why mobile order if you wait for other mobil orders to get finished and when they're not done instead of asking them to step aside start filling their order so that we wait an extra 15mins in line after driving 20mins to the restaurant. 35+mins later with some very cold chicken sandwiches and soggy floppy fries coming right out of the restaurant. Now to head home to hopefully reheat the food and salvage it.

Find a better system please or just don't do mobile orders. Lesson learned better off ordering there.

They are very slow with their orders. On Friday nights they should try and have more staff but maybe they tried and people just called out. I was trying to complete a DoorDash order and it jus seemed super unorganized.

All workers should be wearing masks I went in to purchase chicken in The young kids he have working there talking in the kitchen area with no MaskSome have mass except two individuals the owner Have a responsibility to keep customers safe.

Although the chicken sandwich has gotten smaller than when it first came out, it is still delicious and juicy

I love Popeyes. Food is fast, hot, and good. Shari always takes my order and I always feel like I ruined her day. Normally I don’t post reviews but hopefully this get seen because it’s happened multiple times. It makes your customers uncomfortable when it feels like you loathe their existence.

It's Popeye's. Best fast food chicken around. Restaurant was clean and my choice of the spicy chicken was excellent as expected. The've got some nicely priced $5 & $10 franchise specials that are a good bargain

I only visit when they have special promotions and deals other than that I find them to be a bit pricey

This is ridiculous! Almost 12 dollar for a meal with tenders the size of a French fries. Good thing that it wast for my five years old little girl.

Popeyes is the best of the national Fried Chicken chains especially since they serve great Cajun style food. Both locations I went to here in Upstate New York since I've been here have been great I always went in Florida

Sometimes the workers their act like your dog died the face expressions off the chart I don't go there often but when I do I try to say a prayer for them

Before we ate, me & my daughter went to the Restroom to wash our hands and there was NO HAND SOAP in the MEN'S or LADIES RESTROOM. So apparently the Employees don't wash their hands at this location. We won't be back!

Hey I wanted some chicken, however it has a bland taste to it. With some seasoning it I believe it'll have a much better taste to it.

I've never actually eaten here before until now and I was pleasantly surprised, I think the Mardi Gras mustard was amazing it's similar to mixing like a Grey Poupon or deli mustard with horseradish and a little bit of mayonnaise. Overall I would definitely come back here

I love Popeye's the food is always delicious. However, tonight I came to Popeye's and ordered food, while ordering food the elderly white lady making the orders continuously scratched her head while making food, so I asked the cashier if she could ask her to wash her hands before preparing my food. She did and then the lady threw her arms in the air and stomped off to wash her hands then turned right around and said to the cashier, " you know what I'll make the other orders and you can make hers. Still had not washed her hands. Nasty and unnacceptable.
