Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Albany NY

Some of my favorite fast food. Some good side choices and this place is always busy so the chicken is likely freshly fried.

Tried to get in for food, but they said it's closed already when it says clearly online that the place is still open. It was 8: 50pm. Reason for closing early was "bad weather". No snow and no rain on that day, seems like they just wanted to go home earlier.

The food was fresh, tasty & hot. Staff was reasonably friendly & quick. The staff didn’t seem to be happy - let’s say more of a business-like interaction with each other & the public. The restaurant was clean. I would go there again.

Blood on my food, completely unhygienic. Noticed open cut on manager’s hand during refund. Perhaps implement gloves for those handling food?

Ehh, nothing special. Decent flavors, but food isnt always fresh.good for when you're in a pinch.

I love Popeye's, I visit this place 3-5 times a month. You get more for your money here then KFC. And I have never received any food that wasn't fresh and hot. Love that Chicken from Popeye's.

I'm not happy with this location. Customer service doesn't exist. The employees are rude. Will not return to this location lost my business and I will not recommend. It need some improvements especially Stuff. I don't feel safe walking it. Popeyes should not have this in their line of business. It's prompting people to go somewhere else that's losing business.

Friendly employees, clean dining area, food was hot in fresh. A definite step up from the KFC up the road.

Food was okay. Food usually doesn't seem fresh and crust of chicken or shrimp are always more in the box than on the meat. Not sure what places some people reviewing have been going to because they always seem rude and like they don't want to be there. The attitude is the same everytime. During school days, it's a social spot between the workers and kids.
