The salesman Edwin was nice when showing the car. But the rest was a bad experience! Be prepared for ridiculous fees they include which made no sense totaling about $5,000. Was told I Could NOT test drive the car until It was purchased since it was in showroom (all cars are in the showroom). Wouldn’t work with me on price even though I was interested and flew from out of state to see the car. Cassandra (finance) told me car was going to be purchased by other customer and didn’t proceed with the deal, and still to this day (4 weeks later) car is in their inventory. Mind you they’ve had the car since early April. Horrible experience honestly.

Please be advised I purchased a BMW X5 that had a ton of problems 2 months (warranty ran out on time go figure) after I purchased. I and my fiancé arrived at the location 10am sharp we seen the car we wanted signed paper work unable to test drive
(credit score 792) so it was an urgency to get me to sign. 9 1/2 hours later (I am not exaggerating on the time) the head guy comes back saying there is a problem with the car.okay so u got me to sign the papers no test drive and you have me waiting for almost 10 hours to tell me this? ! So he says to me since you have great credit score (792) you can pick any car and we will match the value. My fiancé was so exhausted from the time spent there we just wanted to go with a vehicle (oh was that the wrong move) we didn’t test drive again and pick the worst car at this point. *2 months laters I have 6 grand of problems* I tried to get them to replace or help - no they sent me to a mechanic up the street and gave me a discount n I still had to pay over 4K

Very unprofessional. I made a down-payment on a 2017 Toyota highlander and when i went back to pay the balance and pick up the car they told me that the car didn't pass inspection.

Sebastian helped us out and made it effortless and quick! Came in at 7pm and was out by 9pm. Would highly recommend.

If you are looking to get a deal on a car DO NOT GO HERE. But if you are looking to get scammed into paying ridiculous fees, then this is the perfect dealership for you. I saw a reasonably priced car online so I decided to go into the dealership and check it out. I even brought a down payment with me, in the event that I did decide to purchase the car. The front desk was helpful and they matched me with a salesman right away. I had inquired about the same car about a month prior to this visit and I was told that the dealer fee would be $995. This new salesman said that the dealer fee would be $3,000. When I questioned why did the dealer fee jump from $995 to $3000, he got mad and stormed off with my credit application. He then handed me off to the manager of the place. I asked the manager about the dealer fee and, with hesitation, he said that it can vary from $2500+. I simply asked why would it vary? He responded that it is dependent on your credit score. I NEVER heard of a dealer fee being dependent on your credit score. This is when I came to a realization that this place is a total scam. I wish I can provide names in this review but I do not remember. The dealership contacted me via text message to ask how my overall experience was and I was totally honest with them. I was texting a person named Selena. After I told her my experience and asked for the names of the people that I have met with, she stopped responding. Customer care is definitely not a priority for this stealership. I just hope that my review will help others and make them aware that fees may be dependent on their credit score. What a joke! A piece of advice to potential new customers, Buyer beware!

Bought my car from here and it was amazing. Marc was my sales rep and he introduced me to his sales manager Ray, together they put together a great deal for me.

I was attracted to their car prices on their website and wanted to purchase a car from them and decided to come down in person from New Jersey, when I got there and started to speak about prices it turned out to be almost 3k-4k over the original price that I saw online, and I respect that there are taxes and fees but I was really not interested at that point. Thanks anyways.

I was sitting there waiting for a salesman to talk to us and he was helping someone else as he was helping us and we were waiting for half an hour or more before he came said 2 words to us and left again. And we were not fully explained all the details to our car loan and what not but going it all over now they are charging us double of what the car is worth. I was not at all happy and they made the experience of my husband and I buying our first car miserable. Plus they half washed our car till when we getting ready to leave. And had us waiting again.

See Ray M.he's a very friendly person that listens to you and wants the best for you. He was never pushy like some salesmen can be when selling cars or products as such which definitely made the buying experience more comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to my friends and family!

They made me park on the sidewalk as the place has no parking. We went back and forth between the two show rooms that are across the street from each other. They claim they didn't have the car I was looking for. The guy was very persistent on me writing my info down, sorry, I do not want car people to keep calling me. They showed me a car that they 'just got'. But yet, the car wouldn't start. Yeah, that looked good on their part. They said seeing it was a Sunday if we got a car that they wouldn't be able to give out the title. Whole place just seems sketchy. Don't waste your time.

Ray M.at Queens Auto was very helpful. He ensured I would be satisfied and always made sure I stayed in my price range, as well as ensured my car would be moderate and to my liking. Ray was considerate and made the effort to work with me and my budget. The process was fair and easy going.

Came here to support a friend as he was trying to purchase a car. Once I walked in, they asked what kind of car am I looking for. I told them that I was only here for a friend. They gave me an attitude and said “okay go ahead”. My friend and I waited 3 hours for them to waste our time. Samuel Rojas (the sales associate) kept making up excuses and kept us waiting longer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They are all cocky people that will scam you.

Horrible place. Read the reviews. They are true. Don't try your luck. You won't be the lucky person. If you think you will save 500$ or even 2000$, you will end up paying it back in repairs and many other stress and lies. Do. Not. Do. It. Do. Not. Come. Here. You've been warned. You were smart enough to check reviews and now listen.

The staff was very nice and made sure everything was checked even though it was a busy day. Thank you Shondell M. So they have 2014 BMW m6 listed at 55,990. I 've been eyeing car and saving it. Passed on a private sale bmw based on advertised price. A few phone conversations with queens auto mall. I put in offer of 53000.2 days later I call and manager says no and they want 61000 for the car. Car is listed on 7 sites for 55,990. Nonsense waste my time.look away if its queens auto mall.

I witnessed worst customer service ever by the so called managers Mike, Mike Delgado, Theo and Salina! The sales guy however was excellent! Carlos Santana—you’re doing a great job! Keep it up!

I was told I needed to put more down payment and when I asked how much? Mike the floor manager told me “I don’t know.maybe few thousands more. ” so I said ok can you give me a figure so I can work it out he said ok give me few minutes. He never came back to me with a figure.
I was told to choose a more expensive car then
I was told to get a brand new car.
I waited a good 3 hours with my 4 yr old toddler who was cranky and hungry. The finance manager who was not friendly at all basically told me go for a new car or you’re not approved. So I said thank you and left.
Next day, I called back to see if we can revisit and work something out. I was told by Mike the manager and Theo that they’re working on it and will get back to me in 10 mins.hour past no response! I called Mike back.he tells me they’re still working on it another 10 mins and that he’s not going anywhere, he’ll call me back.this time 2 hours past no response! I called the office line to complain about Mike, Salina tells me someone will get back to me. Shortly Mike calls me back and I told him I do not wish to speak to him as he is not reliable and he does not keep his word and he has waisted my time. Waiting for the owner to call me back so he is aware of what is happening in his company and how his employees treats customers!

It is an absolute scam and they are false advertising. DO NOT TRUST THE PRICES ADVERTISED ONLINE.
This dealer advertised a price in cargurus.com and based on the price, I drove from 70 miles away to go look at the car. When I got there, they tagged on about $3000 in 'dealer' fees. I left immediately.
