Marc and Ray were great to me. Buying my first car was stressful until I ended up at Queens Auto Mall by chance after walking away from a different deal. They beat it and got an even better car. I am more than happy.

Ask for black jesus, this guy is good, he keeps it straight forward, and no bs. And he doesn't force you to get a vehicle, like other people do, just ask for him, all other sales rep looks gay.

Ray M. Is the guy to see at this establishment. He sold our family 5-6 cars and will continue doing business with him as he takes his time and directs you the best way possible.

Large selections of vehicles but the sales rep was not very knowledgeable of their policies and warranties. I basically had to fish for info and still didnt get it. The cars also have high mileage and they hit you with some b.s fee

I worked with Raymond and his manager Ray M.on purchasing a vehicle at this dealer. Ray was so helpful, polite, and overall interested in meeting my needs. He was not at all pushy and patiently went through the credit application process with me. I did not have to worry about any paperwork. Ray took care of everything swimmingly. I will definitely be working with them in the future. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

Queens Auto Mall put me and my families life at risk when they sold me a vehicle with faulty brakes. Upon noticing the problem and asking them to repair their mistake, they blamed me for not doing maintenance on a car i had just recently purchased (less than 2 months). It appears as if this is a pattern by the dealership to sell cars with faulty engine and mile people out of their warranty. I will continue to pursue this matter because i want them to be held fully accountable for  their gross negligence.

They might sell Lemons but Lemon Law is there to protect you. Please file a complaint with consumers affairs and the attorney generals office to report your issues with them and have them investigated.

I'm pretty sure i'll find more problems with the car in the coming months. Here's my story:

June 1st 2018: purchased the car
July 13,2018: on my way home from work, i tried to brake and the car started shaking. That's when i realized my brakes were bad
July 15,2018: I drop off the car at Queens Auto Mall
July 16,2018: I pick up the car and i'm told they put new (front) brakes in the car.
Mind you this is just 1 month and 16 days after purchasing the car. I was sold a vehicle with basically no brakes.

Fast forward to August 5th, i am driving to work, as i try to brake, the car starts making a screeching noise. It does it for another 3 more days so I call back on August 8 at 10: 30am to try to get someone on the phone to check the brakes since i had brought the car in just 2 weeks prior to get my brakes checked. I called several times, left a message with the front desk manager and he never returned my call.
August 9 call to schedule my appointment with the garage

They tell me they're closest available appointment is on August 27th (2weeks from the time i first noticed the problem).

I know you're probably wondering if the car was so bad and i felt unsafe, why didn't i just get it checked somewhere else? Well for one thing, i wanted to hold the dealership accountable for having sold me a bad car in the first place and i only had the car for 2 months, how in the world did i already have bad brakes

August 27th: I go in to drop off the car. Speaking to the "shop manager" he tells me chances are the dealership will not cover these charges because not only is it passed my warranty but i've already driven 6k miles since i purchased the car. Like how? How does a person drive 6k in 2 1/2 months when all i do is got to work and back. But anyway that's for another day, I am getting my odometer checked and will be tracking the mileage on the car because it just doesn't add up. So i guess i'm telling you to keep a close eye on your odometer if purchasing a car from Queens Auto Mall.

So i'm standing there looking perplexed right. I tell the mechanic, i brought the car in on the 16th, you guys claimed you changed the brakes and put new brakes on the car. Why am i still having brake problems? He tells me they only checked my front brakes, it's my rear brakes that have a problem and my rotters. So in less than 3 months, both of my brakes went out? And they are refusing to cover it.
2) I knew something was off when they gave me an appointment that was 2 weeks away. So in the span of those 2 weeks, they wanted to give the car enough time to acquire more mileage but it is what is. I proceed to tell him that I would be reaching out to Consumers Affairs to file a report. At which point he tells me he's going to get my car and give me my car back (as in they're not going to fix it since i guess as a consumer, i shouldn't have known my rights). He goes into the garage, gets in the car and drives it out and hands me the keys. Fine

I left the dealership around 8: 40. At 9am on the dot i call consumers affair and file my report. At 11: 45, i filed another report with the Attorney General's Office.

I went over my limit but in short CHECK YOUR BRAKES, these guys are SCAMMERS. REPORT THEM to consumer report and the attorney general's office.

All the low rating reviews and experiences about this company are beyond true. UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL, LYING THEFTS. They advertise their used/"new" cars on various websites as one price to lure you in and on their website, it states another. The 2013 Nissan Sentra that was sold to us had several issues. During the purchase process, they stated that there were no issues with the vehicle and the car would be wash and inspected, before going to the owner. They lied we had to force them to do the things THEY promise and it was the bare minimum.

They tried to get over us. As we drove the car home we heard a rattling sounds, But I guess we're at fault because we did not request a test drive for the vehicle. I scheduled a Diagnostic Service the same night of the purchase for the next morning When the invoice came back the vehicle had major issues. We bought the car back to Queens Auto Mall and sat down with Dean and he stated it was minor and only cosmetic related "if it made us happy then he would attempt to fix it"

- The key the gave us did not unlock the door it just started the engine.

-The car had no original key and no remote It was a copy/made key.

- they lied about the car saying the issues were cosmetic when they were internal.

- The selling price was 6,890 on Carfax 10,531 on queens action. We were cheated and scammed by over $4,745. We ended up with a total of $11,635 on a used 2013 89,260 miles it was odd. They added irrelevant price points within the total.

- $11,635 and almost $1300 for repair. That included a brand new key from the car's manufacturer and to be reprogrammed.

The experience here was devastating and difficult to the point where the police were involved. They pressured us for hours to keep the car. My final answer was NO PERIOD and I wasn't budging. I wanted nothing to do with the car or them. We were told well at this point you have no option - Dean went ahead and gave the auto shop authorization to start the repair on the vehicle. Even after i stated we wanted nothing to do with the car. The Company owner never uttered a word or apologized for his service or horrible staff DESPICABLE behavior. In the end, we got to return the car and voided the transaction.

You won't give me a lemon and expect me to accept and make lemonade with poor quality. QUEENS AUTO MALL does not need to serve any business in our community period. BEWARE! And save your response QAM because I don't want it on my post.

Very bad experience with sales persons The sales persons sold me a used car knowing that there was issues with the key. I cannot open the doors automatically with keys and when I informed the dealer what I’m dealing with he’s beating around the bush. It’s over five months now and nothing has been done.

After getting ripped at another dealership we checked out this dealership and was attended by salesman Ray. He was truly knowledgeable and not pushy. We drove out the same day.

It’s a reason we surpassed everyone and went straight to Ray as we saw his reviews online and the #carillusionist hashtag. Would refer all my family and friends to him
