Raintree Island Apartments, Tonawanda NY

I’ve been living at rain tree island for a year now!
And I absolutely love everything about it.
From the swimming pool in the summertime to the lounge area with WiFi to the gym area to work out! They also have a balcony so you can enjoy your summer days and summer night! There’s a nice bar grill area also that you can walk to if you want to have a nice time out on the weekend with friends! There’s also so many places to shop and eat around the area. And if that’s not enough, when it comes to your neighbors everyone is so friendly but also mind their own business! The landlord is great as well! It been times I’ve been late on my rent due to personal problems and just talking to my landlord and explaining to her my problem she was willing to work with me. I absolutely love everything about the Raintree island apartments I plan to stay until I buy me own home! And if you’re thinking about moving In I promise you will not regret it!

It is an amazing residential place to live. I have been there for 2 years now and there are multiple benefits of living at Raintree Apartments. To name a few, it is very quiet, no crime zone, neighbours are friendly and the community place organizes events for the residents all the time, the rent is high but you have included gym, tennis courts, swimming pool, a nice community center with wi-fi and printers. If anything broken or malfunctioning, the leasing office sends someone immediately to rectify the issue.

Raintree Island Apartments are the perfect place to call home! The apartments are clean and very affordable. Their gym has everything one would need to work out. It is consistently clean and filled with purified water. The staff is very welcoming and in-tune with their clients opinions. Raintree Island Apartments are suitable for all ages! I would highly recommend it!

I like that they are quick to make repairs. We moved in and noticed a few issues from the last tenants and they came and made repairs within a few days

Used the community center for a surprise 50th birthday party for hubby! Nice facility. Plenty of parking

Seen some of the units as I have friends and family who live here, and have to say I'm very impressed. A few units even have brick walls on the interior! And the property offers a playground, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, and a good sized pool.

I've lived here for the past year and the management staff has always taken care of any issues quickly and professionally.

The Raintree Island Apartments' staff has been wonderful during my housing search, which is typically overwhelming. They patiently answered all of my questions and were very accommodating. I am incredibly pleased with their customer service and the apartment community!

Great place for my SO and my dog, lots a friendly people, close to everything and lots of land

I had worked with Raintree for almost a year, and i can proudly say, we were the best team that took good care of our residents. Unfortunately i had to move to another state. Enjoyed every moment working with Raintree and the residents.
