Ralph's Famous Italian Ices Of Smithtown

I have been a consistent customer for a couple years now and specially go to this location due to the wonderful staff! My best friend and i always use this local location as our “treat” after a long day! Wonderful place!

Amazing customer service! I’m a frequent customer and highly recommend Ralph’s in Smithtown. They have a variety of flavors to choose from and I’ve never left disappointed.

Great place. Go for twister tuesday. Can be crowded. About 7 to 7: 30 pm. Baseball teams go there at the treat of the coach. Nice local place with local community owners. They really support the local community and schools. They get my business. You will not be disappointed. Do not forgetvTwister Tuesday.

I love this place, they have a variety of flavors. The employees are nice and have fast service.

Absolutely Looooove Ralphs! Maple Ave location is the cleanest establishment I’ve ever seen and all of the workers were very nice and attentive. The rainbow ice is a classic and my personal favorite! Highly highly recommend going here. Will be back again soon!

I had some issues with door dash nabbing or forgetting part of my order. The store fixed that issue REALLY quickly by sealing the order in the bag. Kudos! Since then, zero issues from door dash. It shouldn't reflect on this store in any way. They were harmed by being too tasty, perhaps?

I try to order from them as much as I can as this place is my FAVORITE dessert place on Long Island. If I ever leave the area, missing this store will be my major regret.
