5Not great! Everytime i come here i order sugar free flavors. Everytime I’ve had one, without fail, there has been chunks of the cappuccino flavor imbedded into my flavor of choice. Not only do I hate coffee but who wants to eat cappuccino mixed with cherry. Seriously gross. Wash your scoops why don’t you.
This Ralph’s location is the best on the island! The ice cream always taste more fresh, the staff is so welcoming, and the line goes quick! Today, we met Ally at the window and she’s an angel! Best shake we’ve ever had here, too! She’s very welcoming, kind and makes great shakes! It’s great having her at the window as a first impression! Thanks, Ally! You made our night and make it easy to come back to Ralph’s!
Very rude female working there last Friday afternoon. Was extremely rude! Will not be returning!
My children love this place, friendly people at the counter, always smiles. Fair prices. My children miss going there. Can't wait for the spring, I hope they open around that time.
