Ralph’s Italian Ices & Ice Cream reviews
7You say ices, I say icee.let's just eat and be happy. So many flavors. And the attendants are so friendly too. I love this place
FOOD POISONING!
I guess noone really buys their lemon icee much so it just sits around and gets expired, then they serve it to customers, at the customers expense
This is a smaller Ralph's location that is usually not busy (very shocking for Ralph's). That being said I will drive further to buy from this one as there is never a long line.
When the quality and taste are good the team working at this location simply lazy. This location is in my neighborhood and I was a frequent buyer there, I think I have to find a new place for my ices. Last week twice I was told that the milkshake machine was broken. It’s always a line at day time, but not because there are lot of customers, it’s because kids working are way to slow. Slowly moving, slowly getting your ice, it’s like they are in a slow motion mode, today while waiting I saw couple people leave because of that, I only stayed because I’ve already placed my order.
The bay street location is a hit or miss, it was really good for a while but, the last 2 times I went and ordered a quart of ice, it was barely filled, it might as well have been a pint.
Great icees and ice cream. Friendly staff. I can't ask for more. Oh yeah prices are fair. Go there you won't be disappointed.
I've never had a "bad" Italian ice, so not the best judge, but Ralph's are unquestionably good. They have lots of other frozen treats too. Special place for all ages.
