RDS knocked it out of the park with our delivery. Professional and friendly staff really went out of their way. I would recommend them to anyone.

The RDS team consistently goes out of their way to be helpful- the customer service team is excellent and deliveries completed on time and professionally - highly recommend.

They assured me my delivery would be there by 4: 00 pm and well it is now 5: 21 pm and my delivery has not arrived. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I will never use this carrier again and if you need your delivery by a specified time; don't use this Company. If I could have posted this without giving any stars I would have.

We have been a long time customer with RDS here at ENV and have been nothing but satisfied. They are reliable, accommodating, and will always go the further step if we need help clarifying where the package may be etc. If you tell them you need a "rush" just give them the time it needs to be there and they always follow thru - just make sure to give them a reasonable time notice. I had a film crew and 85 volunteers lined up to film a segment of my reality show “Breaking History” and RDS perfectly handled many of the logistics. RDS secured, delivered and picked up a table and chairs as well as all the other supplies for the event. It actually had its driver do a dry run of the location the day before (AMAZING)! RDS.highly recommended!

RDS was very helpful attending to my quite specific case declined by the other courier service before that. I needed a messenger to meet one person in Manhattan, pick up the parcel and deposit it in the hotel. May not sound complicated but I steered this from abroad with 0 actual control.
