RDS Same Day Delivery, Long Island City NY

I used this company for the first time yesterday and they were phenomenal. I called and immediately was talking to a live person; almost no hold time. Katrina helped me get my order placed in under 4 minutes. She got every request I had perfectly, and my package was delivered on time. She was so efficient and kind. I will definitely use this company again for any future messenger needs.

RDS was very helpful with setting up the pick-up & quick delivery. We are not based out of New York, but they made the experience a great one. Will use in the future.

RDS is the only messenger service that I will use. I have had very important packages to courier and they always have great rates, pick up on time, give you the status of where the package is, and deliver very quickly! Their team is also a pleasure to work with. I have used them multiple times and everything is always consistent.

I had a horrible experience with RDS. I was quoted around 50 dollars for a NYC delivery 3-4 hours. The package was late outside the time window, and the customer service representative woman was extremely rude and started screaming at me. I would never recommend this company.

I have used them for a couple of years for a client of mine and they are fantastic. Not sure why there are any complaints in regards to customer service. Mable is excellent.

Called to place an order for delivery. Received nothing but nasty attitude. I asked to speak with supervisor and she hung up! I will never use this service or recommend it.
