Rooms are clean.service could be better but our family had a good night sleep, when my roof had a leak and we needed a place to sleep.

The room is excellent for the price, All the staff are great! The front desk crew, the housekeeper crew, even the Security!

Dirty room, like I understand that it's a red roof in plus but you guys don't take pride in your work and it reflects on your work performance. Found multiple roaches in my room. Asked for a room change and they put us in a downgraded room and still took my money that I paid for a premium room. They said they can't do anything about it. I said okay what about a refund and they said only if the room I was switching to also had roaches, how does that make sense? !

The most unpleasant experience horrible service dirty rooms broken beds I do not recommend this place front desk very unpleasant to talk to and not professional no sanitize dispenser not even in lobby police were called often in one night manger who's name was Jason was never there

Decided on a date night away but still close to home and was horrible. Elevator smelled of weed. Walls were thin and at 3 am there was someone walking in heels at least that what we thought as we tried to decide why anyone would. They definitely had more fun than us as the bed made more noise than us. This place need need an overall clean. Chair in the room needed to be thrown out and only after we flipped the comforter at the end we found food stains or what in a positive way we tried to think of it. Door latch was broken and OMG when you flushed it almost sucked me in. Light above the bed didn't work at all. This place needs to do better

Roaches Roaches Roaches. Stayed there less than 10 minutes. Management refused to give my money back and were rude.

The “Manger” Naeasia is horrible she was rude and very disrespectful on the phone, I wanted to cancel to my reservation because I found bed bugs at this location but they wouldn’t honor my request! DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE RUDE & DIRTY!

+ Had the basics to stay and work remotely while waiting for a relative to be discharged from Winthrop Hospital. Close to hospital, close to all sorts of stores, Eisenhower Park nearby to enjoy a “wind-down, time for frazzled nerves. Reasonable drive to church, Saint Pius V.
- A bit shopworn, decor out of date, this a motel for people wanting just a place to sleep and bathe. Sits in a large field and industrial area.

I had a ok stay. First impression tub was stained and it was a big room. However then the alarm went off because people wanted to smoke in their rooms not once but twice!
Staff on the other hand were very friendly madea at the front desk was so sweet and so thoughtful:)

Beautiful hotel with great staff and just an all around friendly vibe. Felt very clean which is important during these times!

Not a good parther with Priceline. Mislead information. Doesn’t have private entrance room for pets who are much in need to relax while transport to the hotel. Ramp access block with snow. Distance to carry baggage too far only accept 1 pet after taking reservation for 2 pets. And refuse to return money. (I double check pet policy with Priceline and front desk) rude service when a complain is presented. Dirty reception. Area annoying and loud broken front glass door

Staff stole all my stuff and claimed they thought it was garbage! I was between places, they literally took ALL my clothes, my portable DVD player which was my daughter's, sentimental guitar of my ex's, all his clothes, timbs, Nike sneakers, my Luis vutton bag, and so much more! Management would not help either! I've sought help from an attorney!

Very nice for the price. Room and bed very comfortable, better then my bed at home. They could do little things like provide shampoo or breakfast but not critical.

The room was very clean and I felt welcomed. The best part of this was the receptionist her name is Sakshi she was great! From the second i booked my room to my check in and her great recommendations. She went above and beyond to make sure i had a great stay and i did.

Rooms were clean, plenty of space. Updated with accessible power plugs on nightstands and walls. Good for those doing business. Pets allowed!

This place is perhaps my favorite inn. Clean and with great staff, I love the interior modeling. I never have a problem when I stay here for business. They have Continental breakfast and there is not too much noise, the staff is quite accommodating and they even have luggage service. There's a deli that delivers inside the motel too in case your too tired to move from the comfortable bed.

Staff was nice. I just expected at least a grab & go breakfast but they only had coffee & Tea

Great people no doubt. Just cant stand that my bathtub was always clogged, vending machines take your money or dont work. The sprinklers come on right when you in the supposed smoke section. Wash room was out of service for a week. Donot disturb signs mean nothing. Just didnt want to go 1 star because of the staff out front but smh.terrible place. Not even free water. No breakfast, outside patio and they let dogs stank up the place but you cant smoke.

The room was clean. The do not offer breakfast. The location is a little incovienant. I had to walk 15 minutes to get to a gas station or walmart to buy a snack. The hotel had 2 vending machines and 1 was out of order.

Cancelled my reservation as a no show when I had previously called the front desk informing them off when I would be arriving, and was told by the front desk this would be ok.
