29Receptionist was rude over the phone and the elevator was creepy. Rooms weren't any thing special either but we just needed a place to sleep and shower after a late night event.
The entire place reeks of cigarettes and marijuana, rooms and hallways. Glad I didn't stay here, was only visiting.
Great staff, decent rooms. I found the sink in a very awkward placement and position. The sink isn’t in the bathroom but in the room, right by the door. Very convenient location as it’s right by Roosevelt Field Mall, one of the biggest malls!
We will be here for a week, and so far the rooms are clean and comfortable.we also have a larger dog and they have had no problem with us having her so it has been a huge bonus.
Not a bad place it is a Budget Motel for the area rooms are clean people behind the front desk are real courteous and funny if you engage and joke with them, I was sad to see that there is no pool no gym and no breakfast they do have coffee station by the elevator overall the hotel is clean beds are comfortable I wouldn't have a problem going back here

Stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights. Spacious, clean, and great service with a convenient location. My only gripe is that the shower is a bit small. I'd come book again however, should the opportunity arise
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Terrible customer service.after a complaint the GM Bryan Parker wouldn't even talk to me regarding my issues. A/C gave off terrible smell along with dirty linen and bed bugs. I would not recommend the only good thing is the convenience to the gym and mall. This is my 3rd time staying here and it got worse every time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
The room was the cheapest in the area for the time we needed it and the room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were understamdimg about our service dog. They also had free parking.
