Great store amazing ice cream & ices but wish that they were open more often and the hours [of the store] can be a bit misleading at times

My server was Ellie and she’s the sweetest person ever. She made me exactly what I wanted (which was a bunch of weird things mixed in with vanilla ice cream). Love this place and will def come back!

The options are amazing! I loved the Oreo milkshake and vanilla custard they were literally the best I EVER tasted! I definitely recommend this place. The other reviews honestly shocked me because my experience was the total opposite including customer service there was a very nice young lady with dark hair that has a baby who was very patient and helpful.

Terrible! Would give a 0! Today I went to Rita’s at Ave M and ordered a sundae this sundae includes a cherry, whipped cream and special toppings. The sundae on the advertisement is much bigger than how it looks in reality I ordered a twist with chocolate chips and Oreos since most of the toppings were out of stock and would be back in stock in about a month, but that wasn’t the problem the service man served me the ice cream after I told him it was a sundae he didn’t even bother to add a cherry and I had to remind him! After that I asked hey where is the whipped cream? He said they are out of stock I didn’t say anything and thought he would charge less since most of the items on that ice cream weren’t complete, but he charged a whole $7.25 for that cheap knock off of an ice cream. I’m never coming here again rather go to Manhattan to waste a whole 10 dollars on some quality ice cream. If you are out of stock for some items why not say so? It’s uncomfortable for me to cancel the order when he had made it already, he should have told me that we are out of whipped cream. Oh almost forgot, he picked the cherry out with his hands! His bare hands! No gloves, no nothing it was so gross it was in a jar hidden in a shelf looked so disgusting! As soon as I got that ice cream I threw out the cherry and ate the rest. It wasn’t that special for a whole $7.25 trust me about this review this place isn’t worth it at all! Horrible service, and everything is outdated! Have fun losing another customer Rita’s Ave M.

Worst place ever! Rita’s had a coupon for spring to get a free Rita’s. I went to three locations on Friday and all were closed when they said open! And on Sunday went again and said they don’t have anymore “spring” cups! So fill a regular cup up halfway but nope they can’t! Went to location on kings highway same excuse. Lots of lying and bad customer service. I will not buy from Rita’s so fast again unless they compensate me for all this aggravation they caused me and my kids.

When I went it was two boys inside, one of them was vaping. There seems to be a lot of immature kids that work there. You need to get some mature adults to work there. They most likely don’t clean anything, especially since they were vaping in the back. And also, the kid that was vaping cussed at a female customer.

I like this place. My daughter especially, but everytime we go it's closed but you look online it says open. The one on lincoln place too. Always closed and says open. We call. No answer. They need to fix the hrs. Not fair to drive so far and you're closed

I would give it a 5 but the cust Serv can be better. They don't update time schedule and they don't answer emails nor the phone. Because the time schedule wasn't updated, I went there a couple of times and the place was closed. Always the Gelato (villnia or chocolate) is very good with cherry or cotton candy.

The Italian Ice was excellent however they could use insulated containers to keep it from melting so fast.

It's Rita's and their location is convenient, that's about it. This particular location rarely has any of the flavors or items they offer. The last time I went they didn't have butter pecan custard, cones, waffle bowls, or water even though they are posted on their window! The teens that work there have little personality and could be more friendly to customers instead of having a blank expression on their face with everyone.

Island fusion is my favorite! I got a free birthday ice today! Make sure to print the coupon tho!

Workers are disgusting and immature. Making dirty jokes abt the sizes when ordering. Very disappointed

Not amazing as it used to be. Pricey place but they're cheap with filling up the cup.

The person working tonight didn't even have a mask on. This is completely unacceptable if you are serving food. Please do better.

Custard tastes watered down compared to Coney Island location, doesn't have the Rita's custard consistency.

It's"so good, and with this weather you want to run in every five minutes. I think that they should have one on every street corner. You get the nicest people and the best service. Thank you guys.
