No such a good time.not only because I didn't win anything it was alot of disrespectful people on the floor.

Was very happy to see workers wiping down the machines when not in use. Also there was a lot of hand sanitizer displayed all around the casino. The room was very clean and smelled clean. My stay was excellent. Thank u.

Came here while in the area for work, overcrowded, food was OK, good variety of machines but payouts terrible. Stick to cards or roulette if you come here

Had a fantastic time. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and above average in quality. Also had great view of river!

The casino as a whole runs pretty good. However, it's almost like the sports book is run by a couple used car salesman. They have very shady ethics. They do not treat all customers the same. In fact if you are not what they consider a "high roller" they're just outright rude and disrespectful.it's almost like they hire people with management rusemes but they have zero skills in customer service and sports books. The younger guy follows the old waddler's lead so I guess he's teaching him to not value customers and treat them disrespectfully but the fact that Rivers allows it is ridiculous

One of my fiancee's favorite spots when their poker room is open. I enjoy this casino as there's lots of other games to choose from along with the spa

The Sportsbook is very easy to use and clean. The covid procedures are very well operated and I feel very safe there. Sometimes the overall appearance and cleanliness as a whole could be improved and more poker tables would be nice.

Never won a thing here been here over a dozen times throughout the first year.not once.don't go to this casino you will regret it

Attended a two-day conference @ The Rivers. The rooms were immaculate- the food was DELICIOUS and the staff were very Friendly and peofessional.

My favorite casino out of three that we visited in upstate NY. A really nice variety of newer machines that actually let you win a little.

This place is relaxing have a good location. Your deal with nicely. I would tell a few friends too check it out they might like the vibes.

Didn' like it. Went three times to make sure I didn't like it. Slot machines are awful. Hotel wasnt even good. The breakfast you pay for was gross. Will never be returning.

I absolutely loved it here. The table games dealer, Messiah, made me feel welcomed and turned my night into a fun experience. When I do come back, I am definitely coming back to play with him. I had so much fun even though I lost a couple hundred. But I'll get it back soon. I love River's casino and I look forward to coming back.

Not too bad for a local casino. They have events, easy to maneuver game floor, reasonably priced food and drinks. Hotel would be better with a pool.

It was very clean alot to choose from. My only problem is some of their staff need a class on customer service. If you don't like people your in the wrong line of work.

All the workers are really friendly and this was my first time here and will definitely will be back bunch of table games enough said everyone that is trashing it online does not know what they are talking about

The atmosphere is okay good music without playing music over the PA I seen better fireworks downtown Albany and in Walt Disney World their firework display sucks yes Rivers fireworks suck they keep moving slot machines so you're always confused when you go there their food is not that great and expensive
