I can't believe how nice this place is. Played $10 blackjack hands all day, ate massive crab legs at the chop House. First class all the way

Clean, friendly staff, pretty good slot game selection, but HORRIBLE returns on the machines! The stingiest machines I have EVER played.

Went one time it started bad keys didn't work in elevator and rm went back to desk 3 times. I was charged 15$ extra for a deluxe rm. (a brick wall a patch of grass and a parking lot) breakfast was bad nats on danishes and everything just looked old. I sent private messages still no response. I don't think I will return.bad energy

I stopped using my compactor and I just bring my trash here because this place is a whole trash can. AVOID

The casino hosts are AWESOME and good people. The casino is clean and the staff are friendly. Dinner at Dukes is just okay. The food is never over the top exciting. Although the desserts are. Our waiter was a pleasure! Overall, Rivers is better than Saratoga but it's missing something. Maybe more winners? I did witness a gentleman hit back to back Jackpots on the same machine, so it does happen. Just not as often as everyone would like. Share the wealth Rivers! A little goes a long way.

Good slots and card games. Poker room is big. Plenty of bars to grab a drink at. Had pizza and sausage and pepper sub at johnnys which was tasty. Secuirty top notch and friendly. Customer service desk very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well kept.

Don’t ask for a beer after you have dropped $500 at a blackjack table within an hour. They will charge you for a bottle of beer. Talked to the pit boss about it. Told me it was policy. Will take my business elsewhere.

Food and drink way to expensive. Turning stone is less money. The crowd at night is different. My wife wont stay after 7pm

Not impressed. Waited quite a while before we even saw a server to order drinks. No actual restaurant, just fast food. Parking was joke. Been there, done that, not doing it again

Called to get pricing, was told govt rate and poker player rate.when checking in wa told (after the fact) govt rate only mon thru fri.was also told if I played for 4 or 5 hrs, I'd get discounted poker rate. So I played.then tried to check in only to be told I'm not in the system for 24 hrs and and have to pay full retail.will never be back.go somewhere else. I'd get free casino room in most any casino Sunday to thursday

The security guards at the door must have been bullied in school or something. They have real issues.

Check out their music venues. Slots are fun. Better clientele than most casinos. Good food choices

Amazing casino! The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Gambled, had a great meal and can't wait to come back and stay again.

I lost again, so what else is new. But the dealers and staff are friendly, water and soft drinks are free and the bathrooms are clean. They had several $10 tables so at least you could take your time losing your money and enjoy a few hours. This is a full gaming casino with plenty of Blackjack and craps tables and a high rollers room. The odds are more in your favor at Vegas though because the dealer hits on a soft 17 but they do allow surrender.

I love Rivers Casino & Resort. Great variety of slots, people sounding very excited at table games seem very pleased. No matter where you go to eat, you find something delicious. Also the security makes me feel safe, and I've never seen a rude worker anywhere, whether it's on the floor, or behind the counters.

Nice atmosphere. Still feels and looks brand new. Have had a good time every visit. Great place for a night out. Friendly staff. No free drinks while at the tables or slots though which is a big letdown for a casino in my opinion.

I’m a local and have gone twice. When I gamble there I never win anything. The events they hold outside like car shows, concerts, fireworks are very nice. The area isn’t bad, I live close so take it from me if you are visiting, it’s pretty safe. I recommend visiting downtown Schenectady for more entertainment.

What an awful location for the casino.what were you people thinking! The Steal supplier/ mill building what ever it is, is such an eyesore. And they Scan your ID when you walk in overkill.when I was there, I went out to the smoking area and there were two people smoking something that wasn't cigarettes or weed.

Small casino, dealers are friendly, clientele is rough at times.a giant square box makes it easy to find anything.
