I came in for a routine car inspection and didn't really expect much, except to be in & out in an hour. It turned out to be about 2 hours, which might've upset me but my service advisor - Kassidy Goodson - was so outstanding that I didn't mind the wait at all. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, she noticed I was in the wrong place and directed me to the right location. Then, without being approached, she returned to advise me on what I could do to expedite the process, and then took responsibility for the delay & gave me a discount. Again, I didn't expect much, and I certainly didn't expect to want to write a review for routine car service, but Kassidy went above & beyond and made an ordinary inspection extraordinary. She's definitely 5 stars!

For $115 an hour you would expect for the work to be done right and professionally but after doing an inspection they left my 2021 sticker on making me go back a different day to get it switched. Very inconvenient and shows a lack of care even at such high pay rates

I had a few problems to fix. One being a rattle sound that they thought they knew what caused it and they made a repair. I’m going to call them back next week to have another look see. It doesn’t seem any different.

Not great. It's not clear that you're supposed to pull your car into the bay, there's no sign. I parked and walked inside but there's no employee to talk to; luckily another *customer* explained the process to me. I made the appointment online; I was scolded when I arrived and told that I should have made the appointment for earlier in the day. How on earth would I know that? Fix your website so that a customer who indicates the problem is their check engine light gets a message saying make an appointment for 1st thing in the morning! I got no information about my car until the end of the day, when I called to check and was told you were keeping it overnight. Just not an impressive experience.

I prefer Romano Subaru because their customer service is beyond reproach and communication & timeliness of service (s) are unsurpassed in comparison to other Subaru dealer (s) in the area.

Greeting me warmly and processing my car at 7: 30 (for a 7: 40 appointment…who does THAT these days? !? !? !) only took 13 minutes from arrival to departure. I can think of no better way to start a day than to be able to check this huge task off of my list. To say it was easy getting out of their facility and back on the road is an enormous understatement.

Zach was extremely helpful and described the repairs & costs to me with care and consideration. I arranged a loaner vehicle because of the lengthy list of repairs I needed done. On the whole, it couldn’t have been an easier, nicer experience from start to finish.

Romano takes the worry out of car repair service and they understand their customers are all busy and have other facets of our lives. The level at which they conduct their business is far superior to the Subaru dealer that is 4 minutes from my home and office and I will continue to recommend Romano Subaru as the “Go-To” dealership and hope everyone will follow suit.

It is always a good experience bringing my car in for service. I love that I can drop it off in the morning and take a loaner for the day. The staff is always so helpful and pleasant, and they are quick to check you in.

Realistically, I've bought a few cars in my life, and it's always the worst life experience. I WILL say, this was the very least painful experience I'd ever had! Christian Freeman was absolutely a doll! He might as well have worked there just to serve myself and my boyfriend, yes we both got cars from him, through the entire process. Not only did he and his management team bend over backwards to make sure we were COMPLETELY satisfied with our purchases and comfortable with our payments, but they even sent us thank you cards and continued to check in on us and our newest additions. (We REALLY love cars.lol) I'd recommend this dealer to anyone I know or love, or even any strangers! No matter the issue, big or small, they work with you til the very end. Only issue we had was my boyfriend's registration took til the very last day of the temporary to come in, but that's all on NYS people, these guys did their due diligence! All I can honestly say is, thank you my Romano Subaru family, and thank you Christian! PS: Still adore my Subaru!

The recall was done. But the bluetooth dropping problem still exists on my 2018 Crosstrek Limited 2.0i model.

While I was able to purchase a quality vehicle, they really have the best selection of certified pre-owned around, the buying experience left much to be desired. As a buyer I very much felt like a number instead of a person. I purchased the vehicle and arranged to pick it up a few days later. The vehicle was not ready at the promised time and it was not until several hours later that I was able to pick it up. The vehicle was not well cleaned, having several dark stains on the upholstery and dog hair all over the rear cargo area. The dealership did offer to clean the vehicle again but could not accommodate me for several weeks and took very long to get back to me. That said, I do love the vehicle. Very nice quality vehicle indeed.

Great experience with the Service Center. Very friendly & helpful staff. I've been to other Subaru dealerships in other states and this is by far the best. I had an unknown sound when I drove and even though their team wasnt able to replicate the sound they tried multiple different things to fix it and it worked! They don't play games, they just solve the issues.

It's a nice dealership with great sales staff. Huge selection of cars in all colors. I was going to buy somewhere else until I stepped foot on Romano's lot. Mark R. Is great and was actually able to deal with me without breaking! (I'm a tough sell) check them out, id be surprised if they couldn't make you happy.

Went here for service on my Crosstrek. Service was great, waiting areas were comfortable, clean and accommodating. A few days after my appointment t I got a follow up call from one of the techs asking if the service done on my car was to my expectations and if all the issues we're still resolved. It's been a while since the last time I had service like that from a dealership!

Did not buy my Legacy here.but the service people are amazing.only dealership to not try to charge me for a headlight recall.most likely will buy my next car from them.service is quick and the snacks they have are good too!
