Very professional and laid back. There weren't enough chairs for customers who were waiting for service work on their vehicles.

I had come to Romano Subaru for my very first car buying experience. I had no clue on any of the processes involved with such a large financial decision, but my sales representative Joe Barry and the rest of the staff were so kind, helpful. They answered all of my questions and then some. It was very comforting to walk into a warm environment with welcoming faces. I would highly recommend them to any first time or returning buyers.

THERE SHOULD BE A ZERO STAR OPTION!
WENT TO ROMANO SUBARU SOLELY FOR THE PROPOSE OF A PASSENGER AIRBAG RECALL REPLACEMENT THAT WAS IT NOTHING ELSE. THEY HAD NO RIGHT MESSING WITH ANYTHING ELSE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

I ARRIVED THERE WITH A PERFECTLY DRIVING CAR WITH BEAUTIFULLY WORKING BREAKS WITH ZERO LEAKS FROM ANYTHING ANYWHERE AND ZERO SIGNS OF ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR OR BREAKS.  

NEXT DAY THEY NEVER CALLED ME I HAD TO CALL THEM WHERE I WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT RELEASE MY CAR TO ME!? THAT I HAD "NO BREAKS"? ! AND IF I DIDN'T HAVE THEM FIX IT I'D HAVE TO HAVE IT TOWED OUT? !

IMMEDIATELY THEY LIED SAYING "THEIR MECHANIC" DROVE MY CAR INTO THE BAY WHERE THEY NOTICED EXCESSIVE LEAKING FLUID!   LIE! MY DAUGHTER AND I DROVE IT INTO THE GARAGE WHERE THE BREAKS WORKED PERFECTLY!
AFTER THEM TELLING ME I HAD NO BREAKS I WAS SO SHOCKED AND MAD I YRLLED MY CAR AND MY BREAKS HAD BETTER BE IN THE SAME CONDITION LEAVING AS IT WAS COMING!   I SAID I DEMAND TO DRIVE MY CAR AND NO I'M NOT SIGNING ANY WAIVER!
THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT RELEASE MY CAR TO ME UNLESS I SIGN A WAIVER RELEASING THEM FROM BEING LIABLE? !   I REFUSED AND CALLED THE POLICE AS THEY WOULDN'T EVEN ALLOW ME TO TEST DRIVE MY OWN CAR.

I SAID I NEVER GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO PUT MY CAR UP ON YOUR LIFT OR TO MESS WITH MY BREAKS!

POLICE ARRIVED AND WE TALKED ABOUT HOW THEY WERE A BUNCH OF SHADY SCHEMING CROOKS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY WOMEN AND HAD NO RIGHTS EVEN PUTTING MY CAR ON A LIFT OR TOUCHING MY BREAKS WHICH WERE IN GREAT WORKING CONDITION UPON ARRIVAL! POLICE SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER WHO INSISTED I SIGN THEIR WAIVER TO RELEASE MY CAR OR THEY WOULDN'T RELEASE MY CAR!   I WAS FORCED INTO SIGNING THAT WAIVER AGAINST MY WILL.

I DROVE IT TO THE END OF THEIR PARKING LOT AND I HAD  ABSOLUTELY NO BREAKS WHAT SO EVER WHERE AS I HAD PERFECT WORKING BREAKS PRIOR TO MY VISIT THE DAY BEFORE!   THE DEALERSHIP ACROSS THE  STREET SAW MY STRUGGLES AND I WAS CRYING WITH MY FLASHERS ON SCARED TO DEATH TO DRIVE IT AND THEY REPLENISHED ALL THE BREAK FLUID FOR ME SAID PLEASE DON'T DRIVE THIS CAR IT'S TOO DANGEROUS AND SHOOK THEIR HEADS AT THE TOTAL DISREGARD SUBARU HAD FOR ME AND MY LIFE LEAVING MY CAR IN THIS CONDITION WITH ZERO BREAKS!  

I MANAGED WITH ONLY THE EMERGENCY BREAK TO DRIVE IT TO MY WORK WHERE I HAD TO THEN CALL A TOW TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED ALL THE WAY TO "ONEIDA SERVICE CENTER" WHERE I KNOW THEY WOULD NEVER DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO ME.   HONEST FAIR GOOD PEOPLE! ONEIDA SERVICE CENTER TAKE YOUR SUBARU HERE! TRUST ME!

WOW SUBARU WHAT A COINCIDENCE THAT I COMPLETELY RUN OUT OF BREAK FLUID AND COMPLETELY LOSE ALL TOTAL BREAK FUNCTION THE VERY MOMENT I PULL INTO YOUR GARAGE BAY AND TURN MY CAR OVER TO YOU! AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW IT'S TAX RETURN SEASON. TIME TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS HOWEVER YOU CAN RIGHT? ! I COULD HAVE GOTTEN KILLED!  I SERIOUSLY DON'T THINK THEY CARED AS I LEFT PISSED AND NOT GIVING (THEM) MY BUSINESS OR MONEY! MY AIR BAG WAS TO BE FREE OF CHARGE. I GUESS THEY JUST CAN'T ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE WITHOUT STICKING YOU WITH SOME KIND OF BILL! I DESERVE NOT ONLY AN APOLOGY BUT RESTITUTION! I AM REALLY TICKED RIGHT OFF. THIS AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. I WILL NEVER RETURN!

THEY RECENTLY GAVE ME A LIST OF $7000 DOLLARS WORTH OF WORK THAT WAS NEEDED FOR MY 2009 LEGACY WHERE MY FAVORITE SUBARU MECHANICS FROM ONEIDA SERVICE CENTER DID ALL THAT WORK FOR $3088.00. YEAH WHAT'S THIS TELL YA. BE AWARE! NEVER AGAIN!

THE REASON I STOPPED SEEING THEM THEIR COSTS ARE BEYOND REDICULOUSE AND IF YOUR A WOMAN YOU MAY AS WELL HAVE A SIGN ACROSS YOUR HEAD THAT SAYS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME! AND BEWARE OF A CERTAIN STAFF MEMBER HITTING ON YOU IN THE MOST "UNWANTED" UNCALLED FOR DISGUSTING WAY TOO!

I initially took my car to a local shop, he held my car all week and "worked" on it for a total of 1 hour. I then decided to stop while I was ahead and bring my car to Romano. I am SO happy I did! My car was in and out within 3 days. Bill was able to apply for a 1 time extended warranty on the transmission, which saved me around $1,400! I could not be happier with the service and will definitely be a lifelong customer.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! We were blessed with a wonderful, knowledgeable and not-so-pushy salesman by the name of Joe Barry. The General Manager Borzou made the transition from one car to the other easy. The Finance Manager Niel was easy to talk to and work with as well. We love our Forester! For the money, it was the best deal for the same level of car that we had before, only with a lot more bells and whistles, and the ride is so much better.
Romano Subaru is the best!

I've dealt with much of the staff at Romano for a number of years, and there's a reason I go back. Every aspect of buying or owning a Subaru is made easy at this dealership.

I have purchased 3 great cars from Dave Romano and I will continue to do business with him and his great staff. Although I have also had 3 different sales people for the 3 cars, each one has been completely OUTSTANDING! Dave is a great guy and you can tell he takes excellent care of his staff because they take excellent care of me! This is a great place to do business.

Highly impressed with the staff and service at Romano Subaru! Tony Hill was great start to finish and I absolutely love my brand new crosstrek! The entire process was excatly how it should go, no questionable sales tactics or pitches, no un-necessary haggling, I wouldn’t waste my time at any other dealership after the top notch service I received at Romano.

I've been working with Romano Subaru for more than a decade. Their service is top notch. Prices are fair, and the service/sales staff aren't pushy at all. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

We bought our Subaru at another dealer but get all our service work done here. We had hail damage and repair looks perfect. Also they explain in detail what they're doing.

I scheduled a test drive for a car I was interested in, it was sold before my scheduled test drive and nobody from the dealership called me to inform me that it is sold. I had a rent a car to visit the dealer, at the end the car I was interested in was sold to different person and I had to pay my rental.what a wast of money and time.: - (

Wonderful experience with Romano Subaru. This was our second Subaru purchase with Romano Subaru in the last three years. We worked with Tony Hill, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. We never felt pressured about purchasing a vehicle.

What a wonderful buying experience I had at Romano Subaru. Romano Subaru sales associate Tony Hill did a great job. He is very personable, well informed, and was great to work with.
