Very impressed with the service department, Ive had my 2018 Tiguan serviced here several times, when I pick up the car the interior is exactly the way I left it. Ive had several repairs done here and have never had any mechanical issues after leaving. Chris always delivers a fantastic customer service experience and I always feel well taken care of. I usually get a call that the car is ready for pickup before I even expect it. Usually I avoid bringing my cars to shops to do my own repairs/maintenance. However the experiences ive had at this dealer make me glad to be a customer and you have definitely earned my business.

Open and super honest about every detail and broke all the numbers down for me. Made the process quick, easy and into something I really wanted. Highly recommend this place. Great friendly staff. Clean. Good parking for customers and the walkways were cleaned and salted.
