I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Romano Volkswagen to lease my new 2018 Jetta. Bob Klix made the whole experience quick, painless, and so much more simple than I had anticipated. Thanks again for everything!

Dan was very professional and knowledgeable. Went in to purchase a vehicle for my Mom and ended up getting one for myself too! Would highly recommend Romano Volkswagen and Dan!

I went to Romano after visiting another dealer. I was met at the door by Bob Klix who heard what I was looking for but told me that they did not have anything in inventory. He immediately began to look for a vehicle and made calls and found a car. When this deal fell through because of other dealers action Bob found a second car, brought it in, and delivered it. This was really “Old School Service”. Thanks Bob and Romano VW.

Bob Klix and the Romano crew made the purchase of my 2018 Golf Alltrack an efficient, friendly process. Thank You very much! I love my new VW!

Bob really found me a unique but capable Alltrack in Great Falls Green w 6MT that has already been all over CNY looking for the next best fishing hole - like on this trip to the Otselic River. I was coming from an '06 A3 and this feels like a huge upgrade, especially once I started using Android Auto which was seamless. I'm looking forward to my next adventure with a huge grin: D

I worked with Dan Hamad to lease a brand new Jetta and he was great. This is my first car and he helped me lease it on my own, which was super exciting! I definitely recommend working with him, he helped me do a lot of the paperwork over text and email, making it really easy for me. Great experience!

I went in looking for a 2018 Alltrack in Great Falls Green, a car that isn't all that common, and Bob Klix went above and beyond and managed to get me the exact car I wanted with a very short turnaround. The sales experience was very professional and easy. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Being on a lengthy hiatus from the Romano Ford/VW dealership after years of being a faithful customer, I decided to venture back to Fayetteville to see if I could rekindle my relationship with them and, more importantly, get a new vehicle for my wife at a more fair price than I've apparently been paying at my local Ford dealer. I have been buying at dealers more local to me after I moved out of the Syracuse area simply for convenience of proximity. I couldn't have been more welcomed when I pulled in the lot. Mike Fisher, the sales manager, personally greeted me at the door and we quickly reaffirmed why I'd been going to Romano in the past. Mike introduced me to Bob Klix, our sales consultant, and Bob took it from there.offering us the choice of many different vehicles that would fit our needs. Bob proved extremely knowledgable about the entire range of products he offered, and within a few moments we had several to choose from - all which were well within our budget. What impressed me most about Bob, other than his deep knowledge of the VW/Ford product line, was that he actually listened to what we wanted, and didn't try to force us into the wrong car for our family like so many dealers do. When we made the tough decision about what we wanted, Bob and Mike put together a deal we couldn't refuse.far exceeding my expectations. We went to browse vehicles on a Friday afternoon, and with Mike and Bob's full attention we picked up the new Passat on Monday. It was hands down one of the best car purchasing experiences we've ever had - and we left there feeling like we were important to the Romano family of dealerships, and that they truly valued a long-term relationship with us.

Excellent dealing with Dan. After extensive research there was no place with a better deal on the type of cars we were looking at. Dan Hamad was great to deal with, he was knowledgeable, not pushy amd acertive. Also, he went above and beyond to help us with the process. Needless to say we bought and would buy again from them.

First, I have never been told by any VW facility that there is no discount for military or first responders until having my vehicle serviced at this location, which of course is grossly inaccurate/false. I didn't argue or question it, just said "Ok. " As i would soon find out this encounter was a clear indication of their unprofessionalism.

Second, after reading other customer reviews i've learned that i'm not the only one who has experienced an unsatisfactory oil leak "repair". I was initially told that there was an oil leak coming from the rear main seal of my MK5 Jetta 2.5l. However, it was later confirmed vacuum pump failure was causing the oil leak. I took my car in for repair paying $950 (same repair quoted $830 at other locations). The oil leak never stopped so i called and returned my vehicle (for no additional charges) approximately 3 days later to hopefully have the problem corrected after being informed that the technician made a mistake replacing the gasket. It has been several months and oil is still leaking and from what i understand the repair should be routine due to vacuum pump leaks being a common problem. Overall, the customer service was below mediocre, the mechanic/technician work was also substandard, but at least the center was clean (least important).

Needless to say, i do not recommend going to Romano Volkswagen even for the simplest services such as a tire rotation or oil/fluid changes. I have since took my services elsewhere.
