Royal Carting Service Company

Confusing, could use some better signs to show people not used to the place where to go, as well as a little common courtesy as far as workers and the "hey buddy" tone when directing you around.

I have used them all and royal by far is the best.they are there every week unlike the other guys.

Very well organized even on a busy day. They always have help to unload you stuff. Prices are fair and staff very helpful.

They constently wont collect any bags or boxes that I put next to my garbage when my trash bins are full. Customer service representatives are untrained and rude. They suggested I hold the trash in my home for another week if my bins get full.unprofessional.

Service is literally garbage one comes to pick up garbage knocks recycling over doesn't pick it up multiple problems I had with this company do not use them

What is there NOT to like about Royal? Their covered bins for waste and recycling are large and roomy, they pick up when they say they will and leave no mess, and they're reasonably priced! I guess the worse one can say about them is they seem to have a monopoly in the area, but they are a good company. Never any problem.

Signed up for Royal carting a few weeks ago. Was never informed of the different rates/container sizes available. Just gave me the most expensive option. Called to change the size of the container as I was just made aware by friends and now I have to pay a charge to switch the containers. Really should let you customers know their options upfront. Very disappointing.and customer service is not very nice.

You have 1 job, that is to pick up the garbage, yet you succeed at fricking that up and not (skipping) actually picking up the garbage. Yet, when I called customer support your automated system is very lengthy and time consuming. Then when I actually get to a live person, they were a little rude, but in the end very helpful

Usually it's a 5 but last 5 weeks they refuse to take 1 or two now three bags all in pail
But others leave wood n pallets n tree stumps and molding it gets picked up. I have garbage rotting from first outage over month ago. Left note asking too. Help

Reliable pick up and good customer service but an 11 dollar bump up in cost came out of the blue. After 32 years I'm considering looking elsewhere.

I have lived in dutchess county for 44 years and by far this is the worst establishment in the area! I am so glad I don't ever need their service again.worst staff I ever dealt with.

I've been a customer of Royal Carting for 15 years, and have had consistently good service. Pickup is reliable and customer service is friendly and prompt. But what has prompted me to write a review at this particular time is that Royal Carting is continuing its recycling program even though recyclables have zero monetary value in the current market. It is rare, refreshing and laudable when a company puts principle over profits. Kudos, Royal Carting, and thank you!

I am going to hire someone else for my garbage needs. I have been with Royal Carting for over 15 years and recently realized that I’m only one person so I do not need the large garbage can and I am wasting money by paying for the large garbage can so I downsized to the smaller garbage can. I missed last weeks pick up because I assumed that Presidents’ Day was a holiday so garbage pick up wouldn’t be until Friday. Anyway, this week I put out all of my garbage including the garbage I missed having picked up last week which turned out to be a lot with an extra bag I had to leave outside of the garbage can. Well not only did they not pick that garbage bag up but they ran over it scattering garbage all over the front of my drive way. When I called to complain I was told that since I use the smaller garbage can they will not pick up garbage that’s not in the garbage can. Totally and absolutely absurd. I’ll find a garbage company that will pick up garbage not inside of the can. You just lost a 15 plus year customer with that ridiculous rule.

Zero customer service. Bad staff with a nasty attitude. Over price and under deliver.
Hire someone else for your garbage service.

Horrible customer service, don't bother calling them to help you because they will just pass the phone back and forth and never resolve any issue you have with them

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.their reps are RUDE.only had them a few months and my boyfriend had a leg amputated and wouldnt hear a word of falling behind for a month. I will NEVER use them again!

Easy and cheap. Just pull up and get weighed in. Go throw your stuff out and get weighed again. Pay and leave. Simple.

We've had this company since 1996 and have never had an issue with them. They're courteous, timely and provide great service. Nice to know there are still companies like this around.
