Too bad they didn't pick up trash on time and left all dirty around and didn't remove dumpster either!

Called about having my garbage cans switch from Spartan to Royal and the woman was very rude with me on the phone.
Once again they left the cart tops off/open while it's raining out all day. Why do they do this? I'm in Beacon. The recycling container was left 3 feet out into the road today, as well.
