The entire AC installation experience was seamless!

The Comfort Advisor did a great job reviewing the work to be done and explaining all of the various options I had. They answered all of my questions and went into depth and worked to fit the AC install into my schedule.

The technicians that came arrived on-time and were courteous, easy to talk to, and quick! It maybe took them 4 hours - 4.5 hours to install the AC unit and it's various components. Since the weather was too cool, they have to send a technician out again to complete the final setup of the AC unit with my Nest thermostat, but that's to ensure it runs as efficient as possible, so no complaints here.

The technicians though were clean and great in going over the work they did and answered all of my questions! All-in-all, a great experience with Roy's and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Roy's was a lifesaver for me. Just days into moving into my first home I called them due to concerns about my furnace. They checked it out and found a huge crack that was very dangerous. Within an hour they had someone out to quote out a new furnace. While they were there they discovered a gas leak as well and the sales associate immediately called the office to get someone else out to fix it. The next day I had a new furnace and new gas pipes and I fell safer now in my new home. I would have been lost without them. I can't recommend their services enough. Thank you Roy's for all your help.

We had to have a a new furnace put in. The guys were great they were here on time. Asked if I had any question they said it would be about 2 hours until we had heat and it was. They asked if I had any questions all was good. Showed me how the new thermostat worked. They were very courteous and nice and informed me how everything was going. Several weeks ago my mother noticed that Roy's was working on Weimar St.and Casimir Street. There is a church and a business on that corner. We can't say what they were doing other than digging a trench on the street and sidewalk. Upon completion, there were broken stone/rocks and a mess left on that corner. We take pride in our neighborhood. The stone/rock left on the corner of the street and in the middle of the road/intersection looks terrible. Come back and clean up your mess!

The technician, Tim, came to the house to analyze the cause of our leaking tankless hot water tank. He tried to to clean a valve, but it ended up needing to be replaced. They delivered the part to our house within an hour and installed it right away. He was very helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He also told me about the maintenance I needed to do. I will do business with them again!

No problems. Jason was friendly, informative, and tried to clean the pump before having to replace it. Had the pump still worked after the cleaning he could have saved us hundreds. He deserves a raise and an extra week of vacation.

I will definitely use Roy's Plumbing again! The communication was great, and the technician was prompt, pleasant, profressional and helpful and did a great job repairing our leaky faucet and broken water shut-off valve.

Although our 18 year old furnace appeared to be working fine, we felt that it should probably be checked to be sure it was actually functioning safely and efficiently. The inspection showed that there was a leak in the heat exchanger that was emitting carbon monoxide that we didn't realize. As a result, our furnace needed to be replaced and the work was done neatly and efficiently by Roy's.

Absolutely great experience with Jason of Roy's Plumbing today on Christmas Eve. A couple of days ago, he diagnosed the problem, protected cables from seeping water through a gasket. Today he came in with the replacement part and took diligent care to replace leaky gasket. He made sure that everything was perfect prior to leaving. He provided extremely prompt, courteous service and answered my questions.

Today we had our 1st experience with Roy's Plumbing Heating and Cooling for a plumbing issue and they were amazing! When we called the lady who answered the phone was courteous and very helpful and had us a technician here within 3 hours. Our technician was Dan S, he was extremely knowledgeable, proffesional, explained everything in detail, and definitely customer oriented, very good guy. Thank you for such excellent service and you most definitely have a forever customer!

I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. Kevin was here within the time period for the appointment. He was neat, professional and easy to talk to. He completed the job of snaking the pipes efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and left the job as if he hadn't been here. I was very impressed. I have used Roy's before and the plumbers have all been professional and showcase consistency with the expected work ethic of Roy's.

Roy’s gives the most amazing service ever. Our furnace died this weekend and Roy’s came out the next day and replaced it for us. Thank you Mike and Ben for being the best service guys ever. Now we’re warm and toasty

Wonderful service! Had a sub pump issue at 2 in the morning, called them asap. They sent Charlie out first appointment at 8 he was right on time. Was a quick fix. He was so helpful so knowledgeable spent a good amount of time explaining All my options. Great service. Also the 24 hour service call I made was very helpful.
