Service was very good. Matt knew what he was talking about and took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. I am glad I decided to call them a second time for service. He showed a true interest in the problem we were experiencing. We will call them again.

The service tech was great He thoroughly explained what was going on with the furnace and what needed to be done to fix the problem He also explained options for the future to keep things running OK or replacement.

Roy's always handles their maintenance calls with professionalism. Roger has serviced our furnace and air conditioner a couple of times and he is knowledgeable and explains any problems very well. He is always courteous and professional.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure meeting him. I feel very comfortable with the work that he did and I appreciate his honesty. Jeff took the time to explain Roy's commitment to service and the workings of my furnace. He was on time, clean and respected my home. That was important to me. I would rate my whole experience from the first phone call to the actual house call as an A+.

Matt was prompt, courteous, honest, fast, and tolerant of the bureaucratic reimbursement process with our home warranty company. Their process to authorize our reimbursement involved almost a half hour on hold because of their “unusually high” call volume.
