Cosmetics Store SEPHORA reviews
25The best Sephora in NYC with the best make up artists and the best skin care and the best everything I love you guys
I love Sephora products. The foundation has really helped my skin. I have very dry skin and it helps add moisture and makes my skin glow. I love everything.about Sephora. 5 stars.
Horrible i had to chase the associate for help and they got upset. When i spoke to the dic i just got i dont have enough. Workers.
I normally don't write reviews, but I feel that it's necessary this one time in hopes that someone from upper management at Sephora Soho will address their staff's level of professionalism. It is in my best interest that a training is administered on on behalf of the brand's reputation for selling high quality products in a professional manner. I've been a Sephora customer for over 10 years and I've never had any issues with the staff at different locations. I've been going to Sephora Soho for many years as well and it's usually organized with welcoming staff. Over the years over the years many companies have hired young individuals to work for their companies in hopes that it would be good for company growth (u know the young fresh face look). It is unfortunate that these young individuals aren't all inclined to work in some areas and be successful. Walking into Sephora Soho I noticed that the staff is rude and ignorant as well arrogant. The store was unorganized and messy. The staff was very talkative about their personal lives and what they were going to do later. They knew less about the products and more about what they use on their skin, without failing to realize everyone has a different skin type. Some of the makeup artists were fixing their makeup in the mirrors as appose to helping the clients. The people at the register paid less mind to the clients and their purchases, but managed to find interest in talking about their personal lives instead (loud enough for all to hear). They pass the clients around from one person to another. They talk about the clients from a far criticizing their clothes or how they put on makeup. I feel that this store has a lot to teach their staff about the Sephora experience.
